I really enjoyed my stay.

One of the valet attendants was awesome. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond due to me due to my handicap. I hate that I didn't get his name but I tipped him for his services. The front desk attendant was great. He was able to make stay pleasurable in spite of my handicap.

Location is great but cleanliness and customer service was so so…

The rooms was a nice size, very spacious. The location was perfect. Complimentary breakfast is always a bonus!

The bottom of the shower liners in the bathroom were orange and needed to be changed. Stayed for 3 nights and requested extra towels each day from staff on day and night shift. It took the operations manager to honor our request on our very last night. Location and room was good, but the staff was sorry. Even the night shift valet guy had an horrible attitude.

Bad choice - roach hotel

Breakfast was horrible, suites have roaches. I certainly did not expect to have to be changing rooms in the middle of the night (moved to a handicap room). Manager was very apologetic & helpful, but he was also the same person that checked me in and knew about the roaches.

See above. Lot of construction in front of hotel, noisy, and interferes with ability to sleep.

I booked a room with two Queen beds and a foldout couch. When we arrived they had us in a room with one King bed and foldout couch. We were one bed short and they acted like they were doing me a favor.

Stay was horrible. This was our family vacation that turned into a nightmare.

The staff was very friendly but not all that helpful. The location was close to a lot of activities and food.

Just about everything else was horrible. I reserved a 2 bed suite but only got a room with one bed and a pullout sofa. They couldn't change my room due to being booked. I called down to ask for sheets and blankets and none ever came. I had to go down to the front dest and then they called housekeeping to bring it. No one ever came to change out towels or replenish toilet paper. Everything was filthy, including the pool. Keycatds barely worked. The elevator broke. The stairwell was a nightmare, dirty with what looked like black mold. The glass in the front room was cracked. The carpet was dirty and unraveling from the walls

The hotel was nice but very expensive and not really worth the price. Not really sure if I would stay here again.

The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect as well.

The bar in the lounge area was very limited, with not a lot to choose from. The breakfast was ok; not the best. My son wanted to go swimming but the pool was dirty. Parking was very expensive. What was supposed to be a $580 stay, turned out to be almost $800. I also had to call the front desk several times for them to bring me sheets for the pullout bed.

Overall it was a nice stay and nice facility.

Clean room, cold ac, staff was awesome,

Breakfast was awful, hot tub was not open, floor in kitchen is warped and needs replacement, towels had too strong smell of bleach, and the $100 fee added on was odd, for valet parking that I thought was only $45

Location was convenient to Georgia Tech, right off the highway. Staff friendly.

Breakfast- horrible. Coffee- undrinkable. Never saw anyone in our room in 4 days. No cleaning, changing towels or emptying the trash. Room was dated with bad carpeting and broken shower glass. Horrible design of the closet door. very thin blankets. Key cards do not work on entrance. Looks like they need a major remodel.

Friendly staff, hotel rooms are outdated.

Good location and very friendly staff.

Hotel needs to be updated. The air conditioning on our floor went out which made it very uncomfortable for our last night stay. We couldn’t close our curtains because the remote to the electric curtains closer was dead. We inquired about getting a replacement battery and we were told that we will have to wait till the next morning when engineering arrived.

Incredibly generous staff, very pleasurable and immensely professional!

The breakfast was very limited even living within this post-Covid world, the selection were underwhelming. In most of my travels in recent times, hotels still offered a selection of varied hot foods.

Definitely enjoyed the room and the views. Would come again!

Loved the location and general setup of the hotel. It was very nice!

Just a few things in my room, like the coffee maker didn’t have filters with it or the proper coffee bags to actually make coffee. The toilet ran forever after flushing! Not sure why. And the tv remotes didn’t work for the bedroom or the living room. Just small stuff!
