My stay was excellent. No complaints.

Location was great. The owners and staff were very kind and professional. Will stay here again .

Pleasant

Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and gave us recommendations about restaurants and things to do in Roswell. Even though it was situated on the main road it was quiet inside the rooms.

Both of our rooms were kind of filthy. Upon our arrival, my daughter's room had poop all over the toilet and on the towels. In our room some nasty looking object was causing an obstruction of the sink.

Not impressed.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Had to call to wake the staff for anything. The website said breakfast. After I paid I found out no breakfast at all. I would have gone elsewhere.

Good place for the price

The a/c is amazing and I really appreciate having coffee/microwave/fridge in every room. The location is close to downtown but far enough away to be quiet and comfortable.

They no longer have breakfast. The mattress was very firm, the lock hard to work, and there was a bad smell in the bathroom all weekend.

They didn't have breakfast available to us.

Couldn't sign into free Wi-Fi, and the free breakfast was "still closed"

Adobe is a good experience but knowing the rent any window and only 1 entry and exit point was nerve wracking. I wasn't able to sleep well and made sure I stay awake because I had children with me. The electric outlet and position of refrigerator was also uncomfortable. Exposed back and attached to an extension cord. Building wise there weren't any window which a fire hazard and might be against building code violation but not sure about NEW MEXICO laws regarding that part. It was an uneasy feeling sleeping well

Five star in my opinion at a great price.

It was very clean and quiet it was a brand new room I will stay here again when in Roswell.

Everything was great the girl at the front desk was very nice as well, (friendly too) I liked it all.

You get what you pay for.

That we had separate bedrooms rather than beds side by side

That while they are obviously attempting to update there were patches on the walls and the bathroom vanity drawers were broken. Also we never could get the TVs to work. Kept saying no signal.
