A great location and very friendly staff

The room was spacious with great amenities. We felt comfortable and safe. The staff were very friendly and were willing to help.

Infierno, sin aire acondionado en pleno verano!

Desayuno completo asistido por excelentes personas como Javi y Fani, linda vista hacia afuera. Carla Robles de la recepción nos brindó asistencia siempre de buena manera.

Imposible dormir con 30,5 ^C dentro del dormitorio porque no andaba el aire acondicionado durante 4 noches seguidas de las 6 que nos alojamos, era dormir en un sauna, sin opciones de alojamiento y sin reintegros, totalmente perjudicados

Very friendly staff, big rooms and barhroom.

Very clean and neat. Staff was amazing.

Excessive waste produced by single-use plastics and papers at breakfast, lack of a hot water for making tea during the afternoons, or evenings, and also no available kettle. On the other hand, breakfast hours end too early (9:30), and sometimes the amount of food is not sufficient if the breakfast room is full of guests. Also, no chopped fruit available for breakfast (only bananas, oranges and apples that you can take to go).

Location within walking distance to the Riverwalk, Millennium park, dining.

Facilities are a little dated, could use a refresh, constant noise from the fire department on the corner. Minimal breakfast selection. Parking is a little expensive.

Close to everything downtown

Parking expensive & far from the hotel then it was the valet take forever to get your car which was also expensive like 69 a night elevator was broken only one working… breakfast extremely packed no pool the gym is small too the room was small had a suite just as small as a double queen smh

I would come back

I loved the view from my bedroom! The room and the bathroom were neat.and clean, the pillows comfortable. The staff is kind and professional, especially the people that attended the breakfast. The location is perfect to explore the city.

The breakfast is terrible, few options, poor quality. The A/C is noisy. If one doesn't sleep well in a soft matress, should avoid the place.

Scared to stay in room .

Great front desk staff

When one of your employees used a key and walked in our room without knocking. Ruined our trip was scared he would try that again. Scared a 8 year old kid so bad that she thought he was coming back. Told the front desk before we left.

Muy bien ubicado, en un buen sector de la ciudad, tranquilo y cerca de metro, buses y atractivos turísticos. Cuenta con todo lo que uno podría necesitar para una estancia de turismo por algunos días. Mi habitación estuvo super tranquila y no tuve quejas sobre ruidos, como otras personas han manifestado ya que está en frente de una estación de bomberos. La habitación tiene refrigerador, cafetera, cama muy cómoda y climatización. Para calentar alimentos en cualquier momento, existen microondas en el lobby y en el piso 2 sector desayuno. El personal es sumamente sevicial y simpático. El desayuno tiene lo básico para comenzar el día: fruta, café, pan, huevo, pan...etc. Un gran saludo y agradecimiento a Fannie y Javier que cada mañana alegraron el desayuno y estuvieron muy atentos a las necesidades los huespedes. Realmente hacen un equipo maravilloso :-)

No existen quejas. Solo recomendar instalar un microondas en cada habitación lo cual le agrega comodidad a la estancia.
