The property was super close to the TCL Chinese Theater, Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum, more entertainment, shopping, and food. We also enjoyed a great onsite bar, delicious restaurant, and our kids absolutely loved the heated pool! We had an amazing experience with the woman (I tried to catch her name but couldn’t!) at the front desk that checked us in. She was friendly, experienced, and informative. We got upgraded to rooms with views of the Hollywood sign, to our kids’ delight, and it made the trip that much more special.

Die Lage am Walk of Fame ist unschlagbar. Unser Zimmer war riesig,sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls riesig,ich hätte mir jedoch eine Dusche anstelle einer Badewanne mit Duschvorhang gewünscht.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Our room was clean as well as comfortable.

The only issue was I was told by Mercedes when we checked in to make sure I signed into the premium Wi-Fi service as it was included in our prepaid room charge that was already paid for and I was charged anyway.

It is steps away from Hollywood Walk of Fame, adjacent to the Ovation Mall where you can find a lot of options for dining. Most of all the rooms are clean and beds are comfy. A good base to explore Hollywood area for first time visitors.

The hotel's location and view are beautiful

Nobody helps, especially when you first enter, do not go to the Mercedes lady at the reception. She looks at you asking why you came and there is no other hotel. The hotel is good for accommodation, you can just stay there without contacting anyone.

Great place to stay in Hollywood. Centrally located to many things, and a cut above many of the places around this area. The facilities were very good, the rooms were comfortable, and many things were in easy walking distance. Walking up to Runyon Canyon each day was a great way to start off. Particularly like the takeaway breakfast area behind reception - good range of food and drink for purchase. Would definitely return.

Very little. Had a couple of service issues in the room - very slow draining sink, empty bottles of conditioner - but they really did not detract from the overall stay. Hard to fault.

Happy with everything

It is quite a lovely place in a perfect location to visit the walk of fame and theater. Beds were very comfy and the room was very nice. Our room also had a lovely view of Hollywood Hills. I got a huge discount through Booking.com so the cost for 2 nights was very reasonable.

Three courtesy bottles of water for which you would be charged $11 per water if you drink them and a $28 destination fee that includes wifi use, when in fact I didn't need to pay that at all to get good service. It wasn't articulated well at all that you don't NEED to pay that to get wifi. I'm glad we tested it out before we paid that fee.

Localização ótima! Do lado da calçada da fama, acesso ao shopping sem precisar acessar a rua, onde tem o Dolby Theater, tem Hard rock café. Ao lado do Teatro chinês. Muito bem atendidos, funcionários prestativos e gentis, nos ajudaram a acomodar tudo. Valeu a pena. Quarto confortável, chuveiro com MUITA pressão, espetacular, melhor chuveiro de toda viagem. Ficamos com vista pra placa de Hollywood.

Everything is good the location the room the staff

The restrict role i came to extend my booking but unfortunately the hotel was sold out and i have to checkout which normal but when i informed them that i have amazon order which will arrive next day they informed me that i not allowed to receive it after checking out and they will send it back and inspit i try to ask multiple staff for help in this issue i get the same answer as they didn’t care for i will lose the order money which more than 700$ and this 1st time i heard this role over all hotel that i stay in USA . In the end if hotel not caring to help in this simple issue for regular guest for more than 7 year so im also will not paying my money for unsupportive people

La ventaja de tener tantos lugares turísticos y de compras caminando ya lo hace imprescindible. La vista hacia el letrero de Hollywood y la ciudad son maravillosos.

Hice check in ya tarde, por una falla del sistema, así que no pude disfrutar del hotel más que para dormir y cenar algo rápido, pero el upgrade de habitación hizo toda la diferencia para sentirme consentida.

Wir waren zu Beginn unseres Kalifornien Urlaubs im Loews gewesen und hatten für die Rückreise eigentlich ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Während unserer Reise haben wir dann umgebucht, wegen der positiven Erfahrungen die wir gemacht hatten. Und es war wieder perfekt, super netter Check In durch Hr. Ri Cherry, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Bett, leckeres Frühstück, usw.
