Acceptable. Would have been excellent I’d room was cleaned.

On Day two the room was never serviced. Bed not made, trash not removed, towels not replaced. Looks like they forgot me that day. All other days fine.

Staff were not friendly and maid was coming in early when we were staying for three days you would think with today’s technology they could let Maids know which rooms could be cleaned but to be knocking on doors at 8am asking if you are checking out is a bit much

They stayed on the seventh floor, the smell of marijuana was there for 2 days, the room was not cleaned for 3 days, the people at the reception did not take our complaints into account, we were very ignored, the breakfast is barely edible, the cleaning person He also behaved badly, a very bad experience staying at his hotel, I thought that by complaining I would achieve something, but that's not the case, you don't care

Visited Pittsburgh with my son and friends to attend a couple of Pirates games. Also toured some local sites - incline

Clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Good value. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is not centrally located to downtown activities so requires a car ride into downtown or a ride-share service, which are plentiful.

Good hotel, conveniently located, clean, large parking lot and ample breakfast.

Conveniently located next to highway. Breakfast was good and adequate. Also kept some luggage in the storage room in front after check-out. The front desk staff was great!!

Needed to request housekeeping explicitly to remove the trash, which they did not do on a couple of days. Hope they had provided more coffee and creamers in the room, which we got from the front desk.

Lovely time and I would gladly stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location was excellent for someone with their own transportation who did not want to spend more money to stay downtown. Parking was plentiful and right next to the hotel and free.

My only complaint is that the bathtub was slick, so I was not comfortable getting in and out of the bathtub or standing to take a shower. There is one bar to hold on to which is convenient for the shower.

I liked how the room was clean and the delicious breakfast that we had every morning until we were gone.

They showed us a big room with 2 king beds at the booking time but when we booked and went there after having long drive, we were provided a room with only 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. It was almost like jelly but with the springs coming out a little (not out of the bed). Because of this I woke up several times during the two nights I slept there.

I was looking for a “go to” hotel for visiting college kid over the next 4 years. Not here. Unclean.

The bathroom was not clean. There were several hairs in the shower and sink. Trash cans were not emptied from prior guest.

Hidden charges becareful

We were able to have a good breakfast before leaving the hotel.

They charged us $100 for our 1 night stay even though we paid our bill through booking.com I feel like that should be something we get know about before booking a hotel, it would have made a difference on booking with them.

Took us some time to find the facility, google has it mapped wrong, takes u to quest diagnostics, and the signage lights up at night, so it was easy to find, but not at day time.
