Extremely comfortable and extremely welcoming.

The hotel was very beautiful. But I feel like what really makes the hotel is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and so kind and ready to help you in anyway whenever you need it. The service is truly five star level. Also, the bedding was very comfortable, from the quality of the cotton in the sheets, the super soft down pillows, the lightweight, fluffy comforters, and some of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever Experienced. I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to hotel beds and I slept like a baby there. My son was there for a rugby camp so he was very sore and exhausted and he was able to take a nice comfortable bath every night and get a great nights sleep. In addition, on every floor right as you step off of the elevator, there are bags of ice, bottled water, and snacks, such as apples and cookies. Additionally, in every room, there is a very large refrigerated drawer that you can put your drinks and snacks in. There is also a coffee maker in each room. And lastly, the location is excellent. You can step right out of the hotel and find a bakery and fresh coffee across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. If you were going to visit Dartmouth or even just this cute little town in New Hampshire, this location is excellent! I would also recommend driving into Vermont and visiting the Simon Pearce restaurant which is incredible!

Exceeded my expectations in every way.

This hotel is excellent. The room had everything we needed (including a really comfortable bed, a steamer and great coffee) and the staff was incredible. I would absolutely come back. Thank you!

wonderful hotel in the heart of town.

the location was excellent. It was centrally located in the heart of town. There were two very comfortable King size beds in our room. Delicious home made cookies in the lobby at 3:00 until evening. They had water bottles on each floor.

Overall very good.

Spaceous rooms and nice coffee machine in room!

Poorest of the stay was the limitation in the breakfast options: no healthy granola/yoghurt... A boiler to make hot tea would make the hot drinks in room complete.

Wonderful location, rooms and internet!

The location is just fantastic! Rooms very comfortable and service good! Their home made complimentary cookies were the best in town! Loved the availability of apples, water and biscuits ate every floor! Our room view was also great!

We were not give the parent's discount for our stay in spite of it being available as a normal practice at the hotel AND informing the reception staff while checking in that our child was studying at Dartmouth.

Nice and cozy stay at a great location in a beautiful and bright room.

The breakfast was ok. I loved the fresh fruit every morning.

I think we were happy with what we found and asked for.

The hotel was going through construction so lobby was really reduced, but staff is super friendly and helpful. Offsite parking is now paid.

Excellent location, comfortable, helpful staff.

Location is great, right in the middle of Hanover. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bath amenities were generous and great quality. Terrific bakery right across the street for breakfast.

Hotel is still under construction, so no dining or breakfast facilities, no easy access to lobby.

Location is great and beds are very comfortable. Very nice staff.

We had to pay foe valet parking if we chose to park here. Given the room price adding in another $23 for parking (for each car) was unexpected and pretty poor service.

Beds were fantastic! The location was ideal too. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable about the area.

The unexpected parking fee and nobody outside of the hotel to help us understand how best to check in, where to drop off our bags, etc. It was a confusing and unwelcoming start to our stay. Also the gym was closed.

This hotel is in a wonderful walkable part of Hanover.

I love the location and the furnishing, but what made this hotel so enjoyable was the woman at the front desk. I am sorry I did not get her name, because she was welcoming - friendly and funny. Please recognize her for me (the weekend of 4/25).

I realize it is the pandemic but it would have been nice to be able to access breakfast.
