Parking was not too bad. Shuttle to and from airport service was great. The staff was courteous.

Receipt for anything is down. I still haven't gotten my receipt for my stay. I feel like I am paying for something I really didn't even reserve because my original reservation was a king-size bed, but I got 2 queen beds which was small for my wife and I to sleep together. I do not like the fact that a staff member lied about the receipt print and said, "It ran out of ink" when the receipt printer is all thermal printers that do not run on ink. They didn't even try to restart the printer or check for connection. I was a bit annoyed, so I just left to my room.

Noisiest Hotel I have stayed in for years. Walls paper thin. Party going on till 2.30am. Phones ringing. People next door waking up at 5am and talking for an hour. I could have been in their room. Worst night sleep of my holiday. Not staffs fault who stays but no acknowledgement or sympathy from staff. Indifference. Not why I booked a Hyatt. Will avoid their brand for future bookings

we arrived at 145 am and we went to our room and opened door to find someone there. They had no other rooms for us so I had to take my three young daughters downtown to another hotel. not cool especially after I prepaid and called and noted twice I would be coming late. the receptionist was very apologetic and arranged our Lyft and stray at a duster hotel. sadly she said this happens often so beware:

Helpful desk staff, clean room, comfortable bed, toothbrush and toothpaste received since I had no luggage, getting receipt quickly when I called days after my stay, shuttle back to airport had happier driver

Breakfast options were lacking. Coffee was very weak. Angry shuttle driver from airport, Lack of warm enough blanket. failure to provide receipt when I checked out and requested one.

We booked our room really late at night after our flight had been cancelled and rebooked for the next day, and after traveling for the over 24 hours at that point, we just wanted to sleep for a few hours in a real bed instead of the airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we checked in and out. The room was exactly what we needed - a clean and comfortable bed. And although we didn’t end up using it, we also really appreciated the staff booking the airport shuttle for us for the next morning/letting us know that if the shuttle wasn’t running at the time we needed, they would book a Lyft for us free of charge.

It would’ve been nice if there was a way to just walk from the airport to the hotel since distance wise it really is so close

i liked that it was close to the airport and that is why i stayed there. i have stayed there before and it WAS nice

we stayed there because of the close super and I have stayed there before it had food and bars but this time was horrible no food , everything was horrible and when asked why they just kept saying that their manager wouldn’t come out of the Covid protocol

Room with large TV, very large sofa and comfy bed was wonderful.

We booked so we could use the pool. It was closed. Very disappointing.
