If you say a room is non smoking make sure it has been that way for a long time......not just since

I didn't bother with the breakfast because it looked so dark and I was already disappointed in my room to start with. Went down the street to eat somewhere else.

My room was said to be a "non smoking room" by the clerk at the desk. When I walked into my room I could smell the "ground in smoke" from previous smokers . Didn't know what I was going to do: Keep it or leave. I sat on the bed in Room 123 and took pictures of the many cigerette burns on the carpet at my feet. Think not? Sit on the bed side facing the window and look down at your feet. Still think it is a non smoking room? I decided to use this as a lesson so went down the street and booked a room at a different motel for on my return trip. You lost money! What do you think now?

You are getting an adequate room for the lower price you are paying.

Easy access from the Highway and close to fast food drive ins as well as restaurants .

Although the room is listed as “non-smoking” there is the constant smell of cigarettes as other hotel guests are smoking on the property. You can’t get away from the smell so if you are sensitive to smoke this hotel isn’t for you. Due to the smaller size of the tv it was hard to hear. when in bed. You have to turn the volume up to almost 40-45 to hear the dialogue or to watch a sports event which could be pretty annoying to other hotel guests trying to sleep..

The breakfast fine, coffee was good. The people working there were very friendly.

The bathroom floor was extremely dirty, looked like it had never been cleaned around toilet or under the sink, or around the edges of the walls. The carpet was very dirty. The smoke detector was in a drawer, not on the ceiling where it was supposed to be. I will not stay there again. Told the housekeeper she could skip our room one day, the next told her we needed towels and the bathroom cleaned, had to go ask for towels that evening, she didn’t come. I do have photos of the room.

Room was nice, had microwave, bed comfortable, shower nice - actually had good pressure an looked newly renovated. Just difficult to get in the end outside door where our room was.

Not much of a selection of breakfast items. A bit difficult to turn into.

good place for the money.

It was a nice place to stay, cheap, convenient to the softball field.

1. the guy at the front desk allowed my boyfriend to go into someone else’s room to use the restroom 2. the room we were placed in had the shower sprayer hanging off the wall, nowhere to put it.

Get what you pay for

It was convenient. Planned camping trip was rained out and needed an inexpensive place to spend the night. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good.

Carpet in the room was ripped in a lot places. Supposed to be in a non-smoking room but the blankets on the beds were full of cigarette burns. No channel guide for the TV available.

Comfy, clean room, and convenient location.

A bit noisy, but it’s by the highway so that’s expected, and no big deal at all. The fan in the room made the noise unnoticeable.

Hire new housekeepers and replace the bed

Front desk personnel was fine in the evening and the next morning. Close to freeway.

I got bit by bedbugs in room 120 on my arms and near my knees. The toilet seat had literal discharge on it so I cleaned it myself with lysol wipes I had with me. If you check out my reviews, you will realize I am no Karen and rarely complain. Corporate will be called.

Nice staff but the room wasn't great.

The staff was friendly

Our room had a no smoking sign outside of the door but clearly people smoked in it. It smelled like smoke, there was a burn hole in one of the duvet covers/comforter. My sister had stayed in the hotel months ago and raved about how nice it was. I dont know if they just didnt get to that room to remodel it yet or what? Also there were candy wrappers on the side of the bed and someone's clothes in the drawer between the beds. The beds weren't comfortable either

What to expect

The staff was great. . The breakfast was great. Due to the great staff and breakfast. i would return.

Not easy to clean a properly that need repair. Smoking or non smoking room the carpet got cigarettes burn, sheet and bed cover. They need to install ceramic till instead of carpets. Replace fridge,coffee maker, sheet and make sure there TV remote are working

Grossest hotel

Do not stay here, it was absolutely filthy. There was visible dirt on all surfaces, someone’s leftovers in the microwave and chargers & old room keys left by a prior occupant. The bed was made up, but upon pulling back the sheets layers of tiny hair were on the them, I don’t think they were washed at all. If it hadn’t been freezing outside, I would have preferred to sleep in my car. The thin walls and baby next door kept me awake most of the night (which isn’t the hotels fault) but overall a miserable choice. I didn’t even want to touch the light switches because of the layer of grim on them…

The sheets seemed clean. .

The carpet was not well vacuumed, toilet was moldy in the bowl, carpet felt gross. Towels and washcloth were not clean. Desk clerk on March 11 wasn't friendly

It was close to highway

It was not clean, I was in a non-smoking room and the room had clearly been smoked in. There were burn marks on blankets, a hole in bathroom door. A cigarette on the window seal, the window was open. The smoke alarm looked to be disconnected.
