It was a clean room at the cheapest rate near Hollywood Casino.

Front attendant couldn’t pause her video on her phone that was loud and in appropriate language to check me in. She was also kind of rude. People were screaming and running on the balcony until 11pm.

The stench of cigarettes was unbearable. The people bext door had mini bbq's outside and the man on the otherside watched my every move from his opened door. I did not feel safe.

At the time of checking in, my reservation was not available and they offered me a totally different room than the one I booked and you could not stay there because of the smell of marijuana and cigarettes, it was impossible to spend the night in that room…

We sent a request to the hotel for early check-in, which was never returned. We attempted to check-in at 1:00 p.m. and were told they needed an hour to ready the room. We came back after 2 hours and were told the room was still not ready (by this time it was 3:00 and regular check-in time. We let them know we would be checking in very late as we were attending the OSU game. When we checked in at 11:00 p.m., we were given a two queen bed room instead of the king superior room we had reserved.

The staff is great!!! Very helpful!!!!

Check-in is at 3:00pm and I was there on time and had to wait an hour and a half to get my room that was reserved.

The ladies at the front desk were nice.

The lady coming around the rooms asking if we needed anything had hickey's all over her neck and was very unprofessional. The room was very dirty, my socks were black within minutes of taking my shoes off. The floor got wet from our clothes when we came in (it was raining) i used a white towel to wipe up the water and it turned black. The rooms smelled like they haven't been cleaned in months. I couldn't even let my kids play on the floor because it was so nasty. The smoke detector was taken off of the wall.
