OK. Expected better.

The breakfast was horrible. The microwaveable sausage biscuit was not eatable.

There was no one at the desk upon arrival. Had to get a change for a bed sheet.

Dirty hotel and no breakfast!!!

The price

No breakfast. No communication between staff and clients. Hallways are very dirty. The pool definitively needs renovation.

The hotel was not clean. TOO many things broken . Pool was trashy.. breakfast was a JOKE just fruits and juice

Staff was rude and wouldn't listen to complains. Ac unit not working in room. hot tub was stagnant

The wifi didn’t work at all, their was no breakfast.... Couldn’t get extra towels..... No room service, the people who work their left our door open and didn’t clean or take out the trash, when we came up they didn’t leave any room towels or nothing very poor service

better wifi, breakfast and the people whom work their could’ve service us better with towels

Needs A Lot of Improvement

Location was great with Waffle House and McDonalds right in front of the property.

The beds were not comfortable. There was no air vent in the bathrooms. Dead bugs in the bathroom as well as live ones crawling all over the countertops. Was there for work so morning coffee is a must. So there was only 1 pack of coffee in the room and it was decaff. There was no time to inform the desk since we were leaving that morning. On the positive side, the young woman at the front desk was very nice and professional. Only stayed at this hotel because the closest hotels to our work site were completely booked. So, only after a lot of improvement in housekeeping and pest control would I recommend this hotel. A. Carter Stayed 7/7/21

The room and the hotel was in bad shape. Was not secure. Doors were not locked to get into the stairways from outside. Room doors were not secure and beat up. Blood stain on comforter. Trash over flowing at entrance. And located behind a truck stop.

The building is dirty and not maintained. I had two rooms and upon check in I told the front desk that one of the rooms was open and still had trash in it, like housekeeping left mid-clean. She told me it's just her there, so there was nothing she could do. Breakfast is in a bag because of Covid.

Nothing other than the location. There was no breakfast and the hot tub was closed

Dirty all the way around, smoke in the hallway, rude staff and no one cleaned out room or took out trash. We hade to take dirty towels down to get fresh ones and did not get fresh bath Towles only small ha d towels

We stayed here because of the little amount of hotel availability around this area. LA Quinta usually our favorite places to stay. But it didn't have that glow for sure.

The jacuzzi was broken and the hallways were filthy/weren't clean. It was hot in the rooms, even with turning the AC on at 60. Next to the train tracks definitely alot louder/worse than the other reviews stated. We definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Horrible and nasty

NOTHING AT ALL

Everything. Staff was rude and racist. Rooms were nasty and beds were uncomfortable. Staff would not give proper linens to make stay comfortable. Staff expected 5 people to share 3 towels and 3 wash cloths. They refused to give an extra blanket. Room was nasty, had to move room three times. Also staff was very rude and racist. Upon being put in third room, I found a blanket covered in blood. I took it to the front desk immediately and the lady at the front desk took it and just laughed. Do not waste your money on this place.

Room was adequate but lobby not clean and service checkout service sucked no breakfast

All that was available was waffles and there was a loooong line to get to make them. There was supposedly a bagged you could get but you had to sign up ahead of time and we weren't notified of it.

Service and the motel lobby was not clean.

Everything. No breakfast. The place was trashed inside and out. No housekeeping. Electricity in the bathroom kept shutting off on us. Someone turned the alarm on and woke us up all 3 days at 5am. The shower head barely had water coming out. The rugs were very dirty. No hot tub. The lobby cashier was rude, didn't even give me the form to fill out for breakfast had to spend $50 at waffle house. Definitely not worth $100 a night
