I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel, everything old and out dated

I did not want to eat the breakfast after seeing what the hotel room looked like

Hotel is run down and not remodeled, everything here is very old and out dated, the bathrooms i thought were terrible

We checked in and checked out an hour later to go to another hotel

Dirty, bugs on the floor, sheets were dirty. Booked a La Quinta and somehow ended at a Baymont.

I stayed one night. The room was dirty, and dingy, drapes were shredded, the refrigerator was loud.

Breakfast was very limited and poor quality. Powdered eggs, canned gravy, no fresh fruit.

An assortment of fresh fruit, items that are not prepackaged, some pastry, assortment of bread items.

Schön war, dass die Anlage einen Pool hatte, Zimmer waren ok, es war etwas umtriebig dort, da viele Arbeiter dort nächtigen. Ansonsten Frühstück war ok, und es lag an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße mit ein paar Restaurants und einem klasse Diner.

Ein schräges Publikum, und die Zimmer waren sehr laut.

Well connected to everything food, pharmacy, coffee & highway.

The stay was very good. Bathroom was very small and old but very clean. The room was well maintained and clean. Also had fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Most of the stay don’t provide these amenities at this price. Moreover it’s well connected to highway and other necessities like food, pharmacy & coffee

Conveniently located. Staff was congenial and understanding.

Need updating. Furniture falling apart. Beds squeaky. Thin walls. Could hear people outside and all sides.

Did not stay there. Want my refund as promised by booking dot com.

I did not stay the night. I’m supposed to get a refund through booking dot com but still waiting. I prepaid won’t do that again. When I hit there the new owners wanted a $200 deposit for one night stay. Ripoff.

Place to lay your head but that was about the best I could say.

Property was old. More like a motel. Bathroom was too small. Needs major renovation. TV was problematic. Disappointed.

Never again, even if it was free.

Overall the only reason I chose this property was the price. It was the lowest for the weekend I was staying for all of the hotels in Fort Myers.

The hotel was undergoing a name change which is fine; however, that wasn’t mentioned on the app during booking. The hotel is older, room pictures don’t match what rooms look like. My room was dirty, had roaches, ice machine closest to my room 1st floor by pool did not work. Breakfast options should include more non processed made fresh each morning options. Real proteins like eggs and meat options besides hard boiled eggs. Overall my wife and I were extremely disappointed and the staffs lack of over all concern when I showed them pictures of the roaches besides I’ll notify the manager. It didn’t do anything for my stay and having to track down and attempt to kill at 1:30am in the morning.

The unit made some kind of sound, and that was annoying at night. The door was like stuck. You had to push hard for it to close.

AC wasn’t working in my room and had to wait 30 minutes for on call maintenance guy to show up and confirm before they would move me to another room. 2nd room was on the second floor and seemed to be a bit nicer.

the manager was vryyy rude she tried to kick us out.. the people next door were on drugs and were yelling at me and my kids and the ownere wanted to KICK US OUT FOR IT Very unproffessional it wasnt for the other lady working with the accent….we would had gotten our money back and lft

Affordable stay for a night or two

Staff was friendly and check in/check out was smooth. I appreciated having the laundry facilities onsite to be able to get a load done without having to leave the hotel!

Rooms could be kept up a bit better with pest control. TV Remote did not work and only one washer and dryer were working onsite.
