Pleasant area but very busy.

Good location, enjoyed outdoor heated pool. Breakfast was OK. Good size comfortable room.

Toilet kept running during the night but managed to adjust it to stop it running.

Pleasant hotel would definitely stay there again

Room is large and spacious, bed is very comfortable.

Don’t normally mind paying the resort fee , but when there is no housecleaning service in the room and breakfast not what’s described it’s disappointing.

Very nice hotel. The clerk was very friendly and offered excellent suggestions for dinner.

Passable

Bed was good. We'd stayed here once before because it was dog friendly and we found it to be pleasant in all respects and convenient. It's why we chose to stay here again.

The smell of Febreeze/cleaning chemicals was overpowering. We had to keep the window open in the hope of deodorizing the room. Unfortunately our room was very close to Route 1 so it was quite noisy. Breakfast would be more appealing if they provided fruit and yogurt. My memory from our previous stay was breakfast was better. For over $300 disappointing. As a result I would not return.

Great price and the location was good for me.

It's hard to find affordable places to stay near Kennebunk. This place exceeded my expectations. Very nice hotel. Check-in was easy. I enjoyed the barbecue restaurant across the street, "Smoke" The food was fantastic.

I really do not have any constructive feedback. This hotel met my expectations and I cannot think of anything that could really have been improved upon. I didn't stay long enough to really use any of the extended amenities.

Disappointed Stay

The beds I liked. The beds were comfortable.

I told them it was only me. They kept the price the same. Pool closed. Breakfast is not for Diabetic ppl. Couldn't eat breakfast at all that was provided. Didn't refill my coffee. Did not clean my room daily, but charged me for it.

they offer Breakfast included on the rate but when you get to the breakfast area there is nothing. only some grains and you had to mix it with warm water there is no eggs, no milk forget about sausages - Very poor breakfast!

The property was not far from town and a fair location. the rooms are comfortable and nicely equipped. The facility is just a bit old and outdated for my taste. Convenient parking is always appreciated and this Inn makes it easy.

Disappointing!

The location was fine. The scent from cleaning the room was overpowering and not a good one when first entering the room. The breakfast was not a “breakfast “ to me. The coffee was horrible. The oat bars were the best thing offered. Very disappointing. Disappoint also with the fact that the rooms were not cleaned daily and that you had to get towels, toilet paper etc. as needed. This was supposed to be a vacation. The saving grace was the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The faucet in the bathroom unfortunately the water pressure was extremely low.

Perfect quick stop in clear, quiet surroundings.

Convenient location, spacious room, large efficiency kitchen.

The breakfast was bare bones: coffee, hot chocolate, toast, instant oatmeal, green apple & milk. There wasn’t even cold cereal.

The walls were so thin every time someone flushed or showered the water rushing through the pipes sounded like you would be washed away. The traffic was non stop and our room was right on the road. We would never go back

Quiet and comfortable.

we thought it was near the Kenebunk port but it was 4 miles away. There is a step down coming out of the room. I almost fell.
