Okay for the value

The main issue was that we were checked into a room that had a sink completely plugged. It was worked on to no avail. After checking several times we finally got a different room. The plugged sink should have been caught with the previous cleaning

Wonderful staff and location.

My son enjoyed the breakfast and the wifi!

Neighbor was banging something against the wall during the middle of the night but thank goodness my 12 yr old and 1 yr old son slept right through it ( I woke up to the noise).

Good stay. Comfortable. Clean.

We were in an accessible room. It was very clean and the beds were firm, but comfortable. Back of the building away from freeway noise. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. In-n-Out in parking lot. Target and Dollar Tree within 1/2 mile.

I had problems getting my phone on the wifi. The front desk had a tech support guy call me, which was great. He was able to get me connected. I had no problem connecting my laptop. Unfortunately, the second day, my phone wouldn't connect again.

Not worth the money

nothing specific

Bed too small for 2 people. Also metal bed frame ... made loud noise every time you move even slightly or shift. It was marketed and booked as 2 Queen Bed whereas actually it was full size. On checkin, again they confirmed it is queen bed, but was untrue. Shift changed and new person apologized saying they have full bed only. Called manager who said we can check-out and get full refund. It was 11.30 PM and he knew we cannot go anywhere else at this late hour with kids. Did not help at all.

PLEASE DO NOT LIST MY NAME PLEASE with the exceptions and manager everybody else was polite and nice in fact Roberta made me laugh and Crystal was polite as well I felt as though they were hiding stuff and like very nervous about things when you talk to them they were just I don't know I can't I can't explain it but it's just a feeling

I do feel her retaliation and I know that she is going to do this please do not miss my nameI WOULD PLEASE LIKE MY STAYS PAID THROUGH BOOKING .COM Refunded BY THE HOTEL. IF I HAD NOT BEEN IN THE DESPERATION SITUATION THAT I WAS IN MY ROOM DOOR WAS SHUT DOWN OF ROUGHLY WITHOUT NOTICE I HAD NOWHERE TO GO AND I HAD SEEN THIS PLACE WHEN I WENT TO EAT AT IN-N-OUT BURGER PROBABLY 6 YEARS AGO. I WAS PLACED IN A ROOM THAT WASN'T EVEN HABITABLE AS THE FIVE ROOMS THAT WERE ON THIS ROAD FACING THE WEST SIDE THEY WERE BEING KNOCKED DOWN I HAD NO IDEA 21 EACH SIDE WERE KNOCKED DOWN MY ROOM WAS THE ONE LEFT STANDING AND I WAS IN THE MIDDLE I HEARD THIS ALL NIGHT LONG BUT DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS OCCURRING THOUGHT THEY WERE MAYBE ROOMS ON THE OTHER SIDE BUT NO EVERY TIME THEY WOULD HAMMER DOWN LIKE PIECES OF THAT POPCORN CEILING IS FALLING DOWN IN MY FACE I WAS COUGHING THERE WAS CAT FECES IN THE ROOM IT WAS DISGUSTING I TOOK PICTURES I DIDN'T DARE COMPLAIN BECAUSE I HAVE NOWHERE TO GO I HAVE GOOD CREDIT I JUST NEED TO FIND A PLACE FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCY LATASHA ALREADY HAD BEEN EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME ALL OF THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS WERE NOT

Stay away.

Except one person at the front desk, his name was Frank, very polite and understanding. There was nothing to like about this hotel , just location for me was ok.

First and foremost, nothing was working in this hotel. Starting with Tv's in the room, thru hot tub and dirty pool. Place is super dirty, and no one is paying attention. Pillows has been old and not even clean. Breakfast very poor choice, same dry powder eggs and old sausages. You have to ask for yogurt. no choice of fruit. Only old oranges.

Location was fine.

bed was not comfortable, somehow smaller than a queen (my feet were hanging off) bathroom was pretty much a closet. There was a refrigerator and microwave which both seemed to be on their last legs and made horrible noise all night.
