I travel a lot and I’d never again stay at a hotel that has Dana Jackson as a manager.

Breakfast was hot and delicious. The pool was fantastic, room verrrry comfortable and clean and all of the staff was friendly, including desk clerks, maintenance workers and even the workers that were cleaning. HOWEVER, the general manager was not at the facility and despite multiple calls to her, she was not concerned that we were unable to get in our room.

The general manager, Dana Jackson didn’t come to the facility until the next morning around 6 at which time she unhurriedly went about trying to get the door open but was unsuccessful the first time and had asked my aunt, who just had a pacemaker implanted a week ago, to go up to the room with her for that wasted trip. Dana Jackson was very unfriendly and admitted to my aunt that the key needed to get us back into our room the previous night had been with her bf IN BATON ROUGE. They were unable to put us in another room until MUCH later, not even at the hotel next door. While we waited for 6 hours, I had to lay on the couch in the lobby bc I’d had surgery about 2 hours before we came back to our room. And I watched them turn away numerous people because the clerk had no way to activate room cards. Something the GM should have already taken care of before she left! I honestly don’t know which was worse, Dana Jackson not being worried enough to do whatever it took to get our door open despite the medical emergency, or the fact that bc my aunt couldn’t get to her life-sustaining medications, we had to call an ambulance to take her to the hospital. When the paramedics got to the hotel, her sugar and blood pressure were so high that at first they couldn’t even get a reading. It’s so unfortunate because this is an excellent hotel with a lot of wonderful workers that really care about their customers. But I would NOT recommend you stay here as long as Dana Jackson is still in charge!’

We were going to attend a Bridal Shower the next day.

It was easy to find.

One of the beds was pretty good, the other one however was awful. Not comfortable at all.

The beds were not clean. There was short hairs all in the bed. Their were no available rooms

Extra linen’s. The staff could only the dirty sheets, there were no clean replacement blankets. The shower and sink would not drain. The staff tried to help as much as possible. Will definitely find another hotel when I stay in this area again. No discount on the payment nor did the day manager try to help with anything.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable!Enjoyed working out in fitness room and breakfast.

We arrived late and left at checkout time, it was worth the price paid.

it was a nice and quiet location off of the interstate, it came with a refrigerator and had tons of places to sit in the room including a couch and a cushioned bench. For the price this king room was booked for, it was fine for one night.

On arrival, we found that the front sliding doors were not working and had to manually be pulled back, elevator needed to be cleaned inside and out pretty bad, the water accent out front needed to be cleaned out as well.. it was so full of algae that it looked a little like grass growing in it at first glance. And the bathroom floors need to be cleaned really well. It is really hard to get the grout clean around those larger tiles.

Roaches and Attitudes

The front desk person Alexis was very helpful and friendly. The location was great

The rooms need to be upgraded, and housekeeping needs more training. The room had roaches, and they were crawling on my children. The juice machine a portion of it was down, and no one tried to fix it. The other front desk worker was very rude and unpleasant and unprofessional. I have stayed at this property several times over the past few years, and the property has just gone down. There were several times there was no staff working the front desk and hotel was left unattended, and guests were left to fend for themselves. It was always a shortage of clean towels, and on the day of check-out, there were no front desk personnel, and we were told to leave the key, and we would be checked out when someone arrives. I would suggest the owner pop up more frequently to assure that her property is being cared for. I have no interest in staying at this property again.

Horrible no toilet paper and not enough towels nor would they answer their phones..

1st Well we had 5 people and 3 Towels etc. 2nd no soap! Was given 4 shampoo bottles. 3nd NO toilet paper in the whole hotel! I was given a small box of Kleenex and the attendant said the boss told them to use all the toilet paper they had first!! 4th they would not answer the desks phones! I will not go back nor suggest.

The breakfast was decent

Upon check in the room we were assigned to had dirty sheets and leftover fast food trash. Was given a better room but housekeeping wasn't available due to Easter holiday towels and toilet paper was limited. Trash was overflowing by the entrance and sprinklers were nvr turned off saturating parking lot while it was raining.upon checkout keycards we're everywhere due to no one working front desk . Was told at 10 am hotel would be left unattended due to staff shortage. Would not recommend

no WiFi, one staff person, not enough towels and was told no when ask for more. Side door was broken so it would not lock. Black out curtain made to not close so sheer curtain was the only thing to cover window (we were on bottom floor) so anyone could look in from outside. Beds sagged in middle.

The property was well lit and felt safer than other hotels in the area. It is convenient and clean.

It was good. Good biscuits and gravy. No coffee on 17th. Pot broken??? All was clean and pickup even with many using the breakfast area.

I fell in love with the place as I pulled up I loved how beautiful and nice welcoming and fresh and clean all over the building plus the staff are very welcoming I really enjoyed the stay and ready for the next one THANKS EVERYONE

Very nice place!

Great location, clean, friendly staff, comfy bed, large TV (with HBO!), breakfast was also good.

Need to update bathroom- caulking all cracked and yes- toilet seats need to be replaced...while clean- pay the $7 for a new one! 🤔

Superb

Nice building and rooms.

Nasty BREAKFAST!!! They were out of OJ, creamer, forks. There were no eggs, the sausage and bacon was under cooked. Also, no coffee pods in either of our two rooms.

This is a great place for a stop over.

it was very clean and quiet.

Few things missing, no Kleenex, only a couple towels, and keys had trouble. Signage not lit after dark and phones not working.

The 1st room had dirty sheets and pillowcases they moved me to another room which had no towels And when I went to shower and brush my teeth in the morning there was no water. They had turned the water off with no notification and When I call the front desk clerk to ask them what was I supposed to do she just hung up on me. they should have waited until check out time

Nice hotel but slightly disappointed!

The rooms were extremely nice. Spacious and can actually sleep 4, with a sofa bed. The sheets weren’t as spot clean but that’s just poor judgment. Temperature perfect in the room. Bed was big & comfy. There’s a microwave, fridge, Keurig & safe in the room. The breakfast was good. I liked how there was a waffle station, and a variety of juices. They could’ve did without the powder eggs.

This is an extremely classy hotel. How was there only 1 elevator throughout the entire hotel. Also, I didn’t understand how the front desk was able to answer the phone to say they have no more towels. They were completely booked so some rooms didn’t get towels. Or like my room & my family’s room, some (like they had) get large towels, while we had 1 dingy face towel & 1 dingy hand towel. I actually took a video of it to add emphasis to it. My husband & I visit Pineville/Alexandria often because our son plays football for a local college. We actually chose Comfort Suites because of their reviews. Was a little disappointed!

Didn't like the outside lights shining in our room, made it hard to sleep. Tried closing the window curtain, but it only closed 1/4 of the way.
