Sheets were clean. Bed covers had holes in them. Room was not cleaned well. Staff was nice, but stand offish and “fright

Convenient location. “Dog friendly”.

Staff at dog friendly facility did not like and were “afraid” of dogs. Room was not cleaned well. Dirty bathroom sink (makeup, toothpaste, whiskers) & soap buildup on sink counter; toilet (hair, dust on toilet tank & seat & base; feces on handle); shower (mold, soap buildup in soap dish; hair & weeds growing in drain; black mold bits built up on shower head); microwave (dirty & smelled of burnt popcorn); layer of dust (in side opening) of night stands. In room telephone not plugged in (cord was plugged into wall, but detached from phone and stuck under the bed frame). Remote for tv was not working. Employee came to room and asked me to come into the hallway (for her comfort). How can you fix the tv remote/ check the tv from the hallway? Finally came in but was so frightened of my very calm dogs, it also made me uncomfortable. Wanted to swim, but after seeing the cleanliness standard for the rooms, decided against it. One of the two lounge chairs was torn up and unusable. When I told the cleaning ladies that the room was dirty, they didn’t want to know what was dirty. I told the manager, Peter, His response was “why didn’t you tell me I could’ve put you in a new room “my response was I had driven for eight hours, at the end of the night when I came in at 10pm, I just wanted to go to bed. Also, what is the point of putting me in a new room when the standard of cleanliness is not up to par… My belief is that the new room would’ve been just as dirty as the current Room. And after driving all day, I don’t wanna be bothered with the hassle.

Breakfast not applicable. Location was great for our needs.

We wish we had shampoo and conditioner provided to us. Also, a dirty towel was left on the bathroom door. The door to the room did not feel secure in the door frame.

It gave me a safe, clean and quiet place to spend a night on a long road trip.

The location was very helpful. The motel was close to the interstate and there were several fast food restaurants within walking distance. The room was spartan but clean and tidy. A channel guide for the Tv would have been helpful.

The lack of a machine to purchase a beverage. There was a snack machine, but drinks had to be selected from a cabinet behind the desk.

The hotel and pool were exceptional. The staff were rude and the night shift man a black gentleman was very racist and threatened to kick me out because of another visitor whom I did not know that was staying in another room under us all because I got up out of my bed and went to the restroom and apparently was too loud for a black couple that was staying under us. Night shift man was very derogatory about me being loud when my child was asleep and all I did was get up and go to the restroom . He was uncalled for with his tone and the way he spoke to me. It was racist and very rude nonetheless

Gross hotel

Nothing, this hotel was nasty and the floors turned our socks black on the bottom, and the bed covers had cigarette burns all in them and it was nothin at all like the picture they show

I didn't like the whole thing, nasty floors, no phone in the room, no communication when the fire alarm went off during our stay, the beds were gross and the 2 pillows that was actually on the bed were flat as a pancake
