Poor

Staff were friendly. We made a last minute reservation and it was located near our family.

Reservation was mixed up, got a call the first morning and were told we were supposed to check out the day before. Rooms have multiple holes, patches and peeling paint. Woke up with a roach crawling on the bed. Shower control didn't work. Not the hotels fault, but the smell of pot was strong from someone nearby.

The maintenance man was nice and sweet.

It was disgustingly dirty. I have never stayed anywhere more dirty than this place. We were over 7 hours from home, nowhere else to go, or we would have. The mattress had big bloody looking stains on both sides of it. Questionable dried gunk on spots on the walls.

Don't stay here

It's location to the festival I was there to attend.

Everything else except its location. It was filthy. Made me feel unsafe. The door looked like it had been kicked in before. My sheet had a burn hole in it along with what looked like large blood stains on the runner and the mattress. Walls were patched and grundgy.

would have stayed had it just been clean

price & location

the place was unkept and just plain lacking housekeeping. The room I was assigned was dirty, the bed skirts had who knows what on them, the floor had obviously not been swept. the second room was similar; floor was slightly cleaner but walls were dirty and needing a little tlc… the third room was slightly cleaner but obviously the cleaning staff does not believe in sweeping. I understand the price was quite cheap, but it was a bit ridiculous. I would have stayed if the room had just been clean

Unhappy with almost everything. Pictures do not match the actual rooms

Water was hot and refrigerator was cold.

Rooms were dirty, cockroaches, shower faucet was falling off, air conditioner was loud and broken, front desk called in middle of the night asking if we knew anything about a crying baby? Horrible experience. 3/8 gap under the bottom of the door leading to outside. Would not go back.

Very dissatisfied

The bed was fairly comfortable.

The floors appeared unswept, there were visible repair patches on the walls, stains on the ceiling that appeared to have been from possible water damage, peeling paint noted on several room doors, visible structure damage noted to exterior walls, columns and stairwell, smelled stale and old, staff was slightly rude when checking in and I had to go to their office to get them when checking out, my boyfriend and I both hit the hooks noted sticking out from the mattress and box spring.

the rooms need a lot of attention. there was holes in the walls, mold on the ceiling, missing pieces of molding around the room. the repairs that are done- not quality- for example there was a hole in the bathroom door so it was filled with caulk that looked like wet toothpaste. overall gross

it was the most horrible experience I have ever had in my life.

nothing. the property was nasty, moldy, yuckie.

I don’t like anything about this place. I booked for two nights but because of the room condition, it was so nasty and moldy that caused me didn’t sleep at all the whole night as my skin was itchy and I ended up sitting at the chair, I was so scared to touch at anything in the room. I checked out early after the first night and it ruined my whole family trip plan. we headed back home instead of spending more time for the weekend in that area.

. good location, good price, a little too much parking lot activity for me!

location, we were there for a funeral next door.

items missing from our room (medication). we placed do not disturb sign on door. they ignored the do not disturb and entered the room anyway. more items missing from the bed of my truck. this place has become a go to for construction workers, they grill in the parking lot and drink. they are generally nice guys working for a living, but it’s not a great experience for a married couple in town for a funeral.

We will never consider staying at a Wyndam

The employee was cheerful, but assured us of the comfort and safety of your facility.

The room was very dark, and the bathroom was very dirty ex. stains in the bathtub, dirty and mold in the corners of the tub. At this point we were very disappointed and were discussiing possibly leaving your establishment. What finalized our decision was that we saw several body secretion stains that were all down the bedskirt. We immediately chose to leave and we will never consider staying at one of your facilities again. Someone really needs to do a thorough inspection of this business. Also there were some women wandering around outside in the very dark woods. This tends to lead one to believe other things were possibly going on as well. We were not going to stay in a place that was extremely unclean and not safe. We were very unsatisfied and decided to leave even though we were out the money.

Bed was comfortable

Popcorn ceiling was damaged and and repainted in obviously different repairs. Drywall repairs to previous holes in walls. Bathroom drywall was pulled to bare card board showing. Tub did not drain well and toilet has permanent stains. Dirty walk way outside. Strange that all the vehicle tags in lot except 2 vehicles were all Texas tags, it seemed that the occupants were working males. I did not eel safe as a single woman here.
