I would definitely stay here again.

Big room and the bed was super comfy

The walls are kinda thin so its not super quiet and our room wasnt the cleanest, it wasnt dirty or anything just not the cleanest room I have stayed in.

Bad, bad, bad.

This place sucks.

This place sucks, located in a sketchy part of town. The view from the room overlooks the back of a tire shop full of garbage. They charged an additional date to my card that I didn't authorize and would not remove the charge.

Lovely place, great breakfast, will be back!

Nice room, very spacious! Comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast in the morning!

Late check-in was no problem, the room was very clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful!

There were not any good channels without commercials available on the television.

Spacious room. Dog friendly area.

Good price. Spacious room. Good location. Close to Fred Meyer. Nice area for dogs. The kitchen has just enough utensils to do some cooking.

Sign going into the parking lot of the inn needs an arrow to indicate where to turn. Because there is another driveway side by side, one can turn into the wrong driveway. My room is right above the reception area. Throughout the night, there were banging and some noise from downstairs. I had to put on ear plugs to sleep. There was nothing for you to clean the utensils. Bring your own or leave them.

Looking forward to staying here again!

Exceeded our expectations. Great clean room. Hot tub was terrific. We will definitely stay here again when we come back up here!

Check in could have been sooner. Being in the corner room by an in/out door used by everyone wasn't the best. Heard everyone coming and going.

Superb

Very clean room and hallways. Front desk person very nice. Breakfast was good, two types of make-it-yourself waffles. At least 4 kinds of juice to choose from. Quiet location despite being on a main road. Close to food, gas, groceries

Entrance/driveway is kind of hard to see. I think a small auto dealer is right next door. On the other side I think is a restaurant. The hotel sign is tall, and very visible, but not the driveway.

Overall, it was one of the best nights sleep I've ever gotten. Beds and bedding were so comfortable

The staff was wonderful, especially when I booked the wrong day. Very nice.

The location kinda sneaks up on you if you aren't familiar with the area

Staff was nice. She moved our room to one with a sliding door to make it easier with our disabled dog. The location is nicely tucked away off Hwy99 so it’s quiet.

The ground where the pet area is was super saturated. Like an underground soaker hose. It wasn’t a deal breaker, it was just odd how wet it was

A GREAT option in Hazel Dell ... particularly if you have animals.

I stay here when visiting my son. I have animals with me, so this is a FANTASTIC option. Huge room for us.

I think it's to be expected, because we have to stay in the pet rooms, but there is always (of course) a lingering odor. A small price to pay.

The stay was great, staff could do better to be professional!

Hazel Dell location, so it comes with the craziness of the area. The breakfast was good, my favorite was biscuits and gravy, the sausages could've been cooked longer. The kitchenette was cherry on top, making it a home away from home.

Some of the afternoon staff laughed or chuckled at my fiance bringing our belongings into the building, because they weren't in luggages or suitcases, our business is not to be laughed at.

Dogs on one side of the room and across the hall barked at every thing then the people coming and going all night into the morning with no disregard for any quiet time talking loud and very fast I did manage to get a couple hrs of sleep in. Thanks .put a microwave in the buffet room to soften the cold butter to spread it especially toast just a thought .

A good value

The room was nice and clean. I got in early and didn't think that I'd be able to check in, but the front desk manager got in contact with the room service staff and got my room ready. It was very nice to settle into my room and I felt like the staff went above and beyond.

I was a little bummed because the site had said that the pool was indoor, but it was outdoor and closed for the season.

Lots of stuff around the hotel like restaurants and shops.The room was a good size. Parking was close to the room.

A better drink selection in the vending machine and also a snack vending machine. There were random black hairs in the shower and on one of the beds when we arrived.

Very good

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, there were a variety of channels to choose from, the breakfast was hot, ample, and delicious, and the staff was very polite and accommodating. And a bonus was that there is a bar and grill right next door to eat and have a drink without having to get out and drive.

The noise from the people in other rooms was disturbing, and some of the people around there were asking for cigarettes.

Large room with kitchen but dated.

Room had a full size stove and fridge. It was spacious and had a dining table and a Mitsubishi heater with a remote. Accepts dogs. Comfortable, firm bed.

Felt dated. TV was a little small.
