Exceeded Expectations

I didn't expect much, but this was a lovely, clean, friendly property in a location that was easy to get to everything. Lots of retail and restaurants near by. Easy parking...it was a quick one night stop but I would choose it for my multi-night stays for vacations.

Better stocked snacks/beverages in the lobby. Other than that everything was great. I can't think of anything else that I didn't like.

We loved our stay, the room was amazing, full kitchen, comfortable bed everything was perfect!!!

Very clean, central location, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike, it was amazing!!

We were in Denver to meet with family and the location was just right. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice.

With the exception of the paper products we enjoyed our stay and will stay here in the future.

The underground parking was a big plus for us as I am partially disabled and walking was difficult. Having a choice about when to have our room cleaned was great, in that we were in the room for considerable time each day.

All of the paper products were second rate at best. We actually purchased our own after the first day.

I wanted a place with a kitchen so I wouldn't have to go out during covid. This was ideal.

Location of breakfast was fine. Unfortunately, because of corona it was prepackaged on the run breakfast. Perhaps later it will be better.

Hand sanitizer on the second floor was empty. Refridgerater door was dirty. Trash container on the floor needed to be emptied more often.

Exceptional

I got a 1-bedroom here, which is practically the same size as my old apartment. I got the end of the hallway so I only had one wall to share. The kitchen is fully stocked that I was able to cook a birthday dinner. The staff is very responsive. The property is located along the Cherry Creek, very great community. On the same property, lots of restaurants to choose from.

The only thing is it’s not too far from Colorado Blvd which is a major thoroughfare. You can hear the cars passing by. It might be more loud as we have the end corner, but other rooms may not have the same experience.
