Very friendly and accommodating staff who were quick to help and meet our needs.

The breakfast was excellent. Omelets were made to order, and the food met our expectations. The pool and hot tub were in good order. The staff worked with us about our late arrival and late check out without any hassles at all.

No elevator (not a major issue since there was just 2 floors).

This was the second time I’ve stayed here. Both times it was exceptionally clean and the staff is very friendly, helpful

it’s one of the cleanest and well kept properties I’ve ever stayed at!

Exterior door stayed unlocked all the time.

Had better stays elsewhere

The staff was super sweet and really friendly. The gift shop was adorable and had a nice variety of souvenirs and necessities. The breakfast was really good. They had actual bacon, eggs, Belgium waffales, etc., not just pre-packaged heat 'n eat sandwwiches and pastries.

Big dogs (not on leashes) barking and running up to us from the people across the hall. Scary. Dogs barking everytime we opened our door or anytime anyone walked through the hallway. A cat ran into the building when we opened the door. Beds weren't comfortable at all. A/C fan on high barely blew. No bathroom exhaust fan for ventilation...imagine the smell in the entire room. No elevator, had to go up and down stairs repeatedly.

One night stay while on a road trip

The breakfast was great and plentiful! The server at the counter for hot items was friendly and had a welcoming personality.

Our room was located in the back building. We arrived during a rain down pour and were not informed that the buildings connected, only that the door to enter our room area was at the back. That door did not have any type of over hang to provide coverage from the rain while we tried to open the door, which took a few minutes to open due to being stuck. It would have been helpful if the desk staff, having noticed and mentioned the rain at check in, would have said there was a route to enter the room from the lobby area which had roof coverage. We learned this on our own after getting drenched. The area near the hotel/motel does not have many choices for meals. Our google search came up with a few but parking lots were small and full on the Sunday night we were there.

love how big the room was thers were 6 of us and everybody slept comfortably . The breakfast was really good as well and the ladies on the front desk were really friendly

Great small scenic town to visit with a comfortable relaxing place to stay.

The staff was very polite and informative. The location of the hotel was easy to find and in perfect proximity for what we came to do. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was considered to extend our stay just for more relaxation.

We found a couple things that weren't cleaned in the bathroom and a dirty towel was left behind. Since there was a school event going on, the majority of the parking lot was filled with school buses. There didn't seem to be many options for bus parking or parking if you're towing a trailer. Otherwise, the parking is perfect for general passenger vehicles.

The room was fine, friendly staff, good food, and swimming. perfect.

The breakfast was super good, the pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of ice fishing.

Quick stop in Pinedale, WY

The king bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The size of the room was very nice for the two of us. We didn't use the pool it jacuzzi but it looked nice. The breakfast was very good with hot scrambled eggs and bacon. A good value.

The bathroom (toilet and bathtub) was very small. I don't like the sink in the bedroom area. If you stay here, you should request a room on the backside so you have some protection from the highway; the noise wasn't terrible but I would prefer a room on the back side.
