mold in bathroom walls and baseboard. non-functioning elevator shower facet did not work well. laundry room was smelly and dirt ma chime tops.

Best motel I've stayed in

Huge room with a comfortable king size bed, everything was clean and nice, the price was affordable, the location is great with 10 minutes drive to the city center and up to 3 minutes to get to every store or restaurant you can think of.

Nos entregaron una habitación que estaba ocupada por alguien más. No sirve el elevador. Las teles no funcionaban correctamente: una estaba golpeada y la otra solo se prendía desde la tele. La luz del baño no servía. La chapa de la puerta no funcionaba. Las tinas del baño estaban sucias. No había shampoo en una habitación. Las personas de limpieza estuvieron pasando desde temprano a hacer los servicios y con mucho ruido.

PESIMA ATENCION DE. RECEPCIONISTA

NO pude alojarme en hotel porque aunque habia dejado nota que si me podian reservar en planta baja por problemas de salud, cuando llegue me tenian reservado habitacion en tercer piso, y el elevador NO funciona, por lo que tuve que CANCELAR ESTANCIA EN HOTEL Gracias

Makes appreciate hot water.

The room was great, wonderful customer service , location was on key. The bed was great and view was gorgeous.

The only bad thing was there was no tv in the front room, there was no usb charger and there was no hot water. There was no Sugar for coffee at breakfast and there should be eggs and bacon or eggs and sauce .

By accident we arrived at another LaQuinta (El Cielo) in El Paso. We asked if it mattered if we stayed there instead of at La Quinta Wyndham. No problem they said. Confident they would arrange it amongst them, we paid there. Notwithstanding our payment there, Wyndham next morning also collected the same amount via Booking.com. We have been trying to get one payment back ever since. They hide and say we have to contact Booking.com for that and the latter so far has not achieved anything for us. Therefore both La Quintas are to be avoided. They are unreliable and Booking.com customers service sucks.

Good but not good

Breakfast was one of the main reason of low rate, there were not pancakes available, fruit was not fresh, no milk available and I was taking the breakfast at 7:30am. Also the device to lock the door was broken ( room 246) and because of this it makes hard to open and close the door

Breakfast used to be much better in the past when I stayed at La Quinta
