Great stay for the price. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The light switch when enter room was not functioning. Not a big deal so forgot to tell the staff.

Won’t stay there again.

No traffic that side of the highway. The bed was comfy.

The room was dirty, the tv didn’t work the first night. Decor was dated. I was right behind an ice machine so my dog barked constantly. There was virtually no nice place to walk your dog. The back entrance was not stroller accessible. The staff was present but not very helpful. The parking lot was full of potholes and a little sketchy at night when taking your dog out.

Some good things, some bad

The price, and being on the 10th floor. Staff was friendly, but hard to understand at times. The shuttle to Mall of America. The laundry facilities. They were on 7th & 14th floor. They were newer and worked great.

Could have been cleaner. The yappy dog a few doors down from me. Forgetting to send shuttle to Mall of America to pick me up. Parking was not the greatest. Hot Tub was boarded up & closed.

Great value for your time and money.

It’s close proximity to everything. The beds are comfortable. The staff are courteous and very helpful. Breakfast is ok. But overall, we had a great time.

I booked through booking.com. I received a confirmation from La Quinta but they didn’t have a record at the desk. I was to get two rooms with two queen beds but got two rooms with two twin beds

A great room and the checkout and shuttle staff were exceptionally pleasnt and very helpful getting me to the airport!!

Very nice overall appearance both inside and out. Room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable!

My family and I have stayed at this property multiple times over the years, will not stay here again

The breakfast was great both days, fresh and delicious. The location was very convenient for us.

Nauseating strong smell of marijuana seeping under our suite door from the hallway, no hot tub as advertised, extremely rude young lady checked us in.

Front desk needs to more people friendly

Location was good . Construction going on at the time on the main road but that's not the staffs fault

The staff at the front desk were very short with explaining things to customers, din't take time to explain things and in the instance of one speaking to fast to understand what the charges were going to be. However the cleaning staff were very good. Hotel lobby and elevator were always clean

The location wasn't terrible

Cleanliness was horrible for my entire party. They also had booking issues with more than half of my party. I will absolutely never be staying at a Wyndham hotel again.

Still, very good; comfortable and good value.

I ALWAYS stay at a LaQuinta when traveling. Comfortable, clean, quieter than most, good value.

Hallway care. Vomit on one floor next to elevator. Reported it twice and it was still there 2 days later when I checked out.

Great value and very clean!

I really enjoyed the variety for breakfast and the cleanliness of the whole building. Our bed was comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. We also had a great deal for the two nights we stayed and it was fairly close to grocery stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helped us plan out our transportation for the event we attended.

We were a little bummed that the hot pool was closed, but we still had a fabulous stay.

It was okay...

The art and decor was pretty. The staff was wonderful. The front desk staff was super friendly and informative. There was always staff around cleaning and making sure everything was running smoothly. All of the staff was great.

The bed was super hard, the blankets thin and inadequate. The walls were thin so we could hear everything in the hall and surrounding rooms. A lot of things seemed broken - the hot tub, the juice and milk dispensers at breakfast to name a few. There were patches on the walls that were just painted over instead of actually fixed. The whole place was like ... painting over chipped nail polish. From a distance it looks great but up close, there are some issues.

It was a nice stay. The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We were traveling to The Mall of America, the distance was only 7min. The property itself is an older property but it’s kept as clean as possible for being older. No bugs or anything like that! The beds we’re comfortable. Free breakfast was good.

The property was kept as clean as possible, there were signs of wear and tear like carpet dirt and walls wearing in spots. But they did their best to keep it as clean as possible you can tell that! Breakfast in the morning you have to go down early or they would run short!

Excellent value. I would highly recommend the King suite to anyone that needs a little extra space.

The housekeeping was excellent over our five days. The staff was attentive and professional. The value was excellent.

The pool was cold according to my son.

Nice, not luxurious.

Nice large room. Good exercise room. Lots of parking. Easy access to airport and much of the Twin Cities. Staff was accommodating.

Breakfast is horrendous--eggs were rubbery, everything had lots of sugar. One treadmill didn't work.

I always stay with you when I come to Minneapolis. It is good value for the money, but I do think I could get the room

Breakfast included. The shuttle drivers from and to the airport were so Awesome.

Would be nice if coffee were available all day . I was unhappy that I was put beside or around a family. They kept their tv on all night, and allowed their door to slam multiple times throughout the evening. It was frustrating. I wish I had asked to be moved. You can hear pretty much everything through the walls and door. The mattress needs to be changed. New mattress needed. It sinks in where you sleep. Both of the beds did the same thing. Again, I wish I had said something but I was all unpacked and didn’t want to move. I also had the handicap room, so my hanging cloths were lying on the floor at the closet. I also wish the rooms had safes.

that pets are allowed

my room had bed bugs. I informed the staff and requested a refund that they said they would do. I have not received my refund and management was to contact me to resolve the issue and they have not. I am very upset and disgusted by what I had to endure and very disappointed with management for not taking this issue seriously.

Was a Great stay, close to airport and MOA,

Many choices for breakfast Dining area floor and floor around waffle station were very sticky.

Some of the staff was super friendly!

I wish the shuttle could’ve taken us at 6:30a instead of 6 so we could try breakfast, but they said they only go every hour.
