the staff was very unfriendly, they did not give me the same price I had got online, they had cats running lose in the hallway. They refused to give us clean towels on our second day of stay and one of our rooms did not have hot water or the tv did not work. the hotel also smelled really bad in the stairs which we had to use because they shut off the elevators. Let’s not forget to mention we seen to roaches in our room that we killed

Okay y'all so I'll stay in a lot of hotels and this one was the worst the people at the front desk was very rude the little woman we did not have hot water in our room for 3 days went back and forth with them about having water in my room had to take a bath in the sink there was no hot water in the shower then the elevator stopped working on us and we had to use the stairs while we are on the stairs it is a little boy running around pissing on the stairs there was a whole family of Hispanic people playing soccer in the hallway they was drinking Crown War on the stairs very uncomfortable very scary

I repeat do not take your family to this place roaches drugs prostitutes drug dealers

the beds were at least comfortable. my daughter possibly get bit by a bedbug.

faucets in shower were stripped. water was lukewarm at best. no amenities. got a bar of soap and toilet paper. tv didn’t work

room was clean but microwave was all rusty and outside my room the smell of cigarettes and other drugs were strong .

the smell of the carpets on the third floor were horrible .

The first four days I had no use in my kitchen the first eight days I had no TV the second week no hot water at all didn't get to take a bath and the whole 2 weeks I stayed found out they had an infestation of bed bugs and when the next door neighbor checked out because of it they didn't even exterminate her room although she complained about it they still did not exterminate her room I've been complaining about not being able to sleep about 5 or 6 rooms that I spoke to all have the same thing one lady's 8 month old baby has bite marks all over their eyes and now I have bites on my eyes this hotel is very unsanitary I'll watch them take a bloody bed liner into the laundry room while they had no hot water and put it in with our linens most of the people who stayed here are all getting lawyers now I understand why

Cockroaches in the bathroom. Blankets not well cleaned. Microwave didn't work. Staff was not available at reception in the early mornings. No drinking water facility in the entire hotel.

I like the pet policy

The fact that there's roaches, mold, some showers need to be fixed along with AC. There's no Ice machine, no coffee, exercise room unavailable, prostitutes, addicts and dealers hang around on property, they charge for soap, shampoo and conditioner, soda machine always keeping your money and the Manager's girlfriend is rude and acts and parks like she owns the property.

Great location.. friendly staff over all nice place to stay with your pets. Clean rooms elevator works washer and dryer on property soda and snack store in front of motel
