Location nice people

The floor weren't very clean

I was close to stores and restaurants it was very quiet

It could sweep little better

Room was fine overall outside of the strong smoke. Stayed at plenty of RRI in the past, especially in the south where i'm from.

Due to asthma, I booked this room thinking it would be non-smoking. Although it may be labeled that way, the room still smelled strongly of smoke and irritated my lungs. I had to leave before even staying a night. In addition to that, Booking.com scammed me out of the refund and chose to charge me even though it was not as advertised about the smoking. Unless recouped, likely won't book with either entity again.

The location only

The room was so VERY dirty and disgusting - there was a USED, DIRTY NASTY band aid sitting in the shower, the refrigerator was broken, didn't work and was leaking water out of it and all over their floor-in which someone had put like 4-5 bath towels down to soak up the water, but left them and never cleaned up the nasty mess. The windows were so dirty that you could BARELY see out of them. I would NEVER, EVER recommend or stay at this Red Roof Inn again! TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED!

Beds were comfirtable

Not clean, tub did not drain,linens dtsined

dirty ac, a little pu on the toilet seat, shower room light is broken.

Sheets were not changed (found stain + hair), and floor clearly hadn't been vacuumed. On the last morning of our stay, they started loud construction work on other rooms near ours at 9am. Would not stay again.

No breakfast at this location. IHOP and McDonald's were very close by though. Staff was non-intrusive.

No guiding reference literature for guests to use (e.g., laundry facilities, local transportation, etc.)
