Despite the fact that I felt I couldn't go out after dark an staying there alone it is comfy great p

Breakfast was decent eggs toast cereal coffee juice waffels..waffles... nice area to sit an eat . The rooms are very large beds are comfy could use some updating coat of paint replacing toilet an tubs in some rooms better locks on the doors

Security!! Definitely need security ! Too many people coming an going on foot . Hanging out in front of ur door or window an the stair wells. So security should be a priority!!

Horrible

We didn’t stay and was told to get a full refund for our experience and was told it would be overridden from booking we have a receipt for a refund from red roof inn, roaches were everywhere and red roof hasn’t been communicating with booking

I was told I would get back 50 dollar deposit back on check out. I will not use Red roof inn again

Old lady with attitude

Quiet and relaxed

The old lady in the front office was very rude and disrespectful made up lies about me and tried to have me kicked off property after I paid 290.00 for the week not even 24hrs after I paid we can't have guest. My sister and mom are not aloud to come to my room and they stay here as well. The disrespect and lies are ridiculous and they allow her to do this to people. Told them the microwave doesn't work they still have not replaced it.. my stove don't work.

The room has bed bugs # 133. I did not stay. I want a refund, and I have tried over and over to reach out to the property and they still have not responded. I even have pictures of the bugs. Not only did they not give me the room on my reservation they said that they were also full and could not give me another room and that led to me sleeping in my car at first all I wanted was a refund but now I think they should be closed down just my opinion

Worked for an emergency stay but not recommended if it's rainy or humid or if you have allergies.

Room itself was clean outside of mold in bathroom. Linens were clean and everything worked. Friendly associates. Beds were comfortable. Did have continental breakfast offered.

Serious black mold in bathroom. It was raining so room was uncomfortably damp and humid. Was not advertised as a extended stay and I would not recommend for people traveling with young children.

1st and last stay at the Red Roach Inn

Price was good. Only good thing about this place.

Room had roaches. A/C didn't work right and noisy. Only ice machine broken. Strange smell in room like they were trying to cover up smoking smell. (it was a non smoking room) Cigarette burns on bedding. Bed lumpy. Noisy neighbors. Up early playing loud music every morning. Not hot food at 7:30am. Tried next morning at 7am, no hot food. Excuse is always the same: "we ran out". If you are running out, you aren't making enough!

Only the price but terrible staff.. Housekeeping was rude and stole 85$ out of my room. They appeared to be on drugs and all their workers lived in property.. Appeared to be drug infested facility..

I used to like the red roof until they let one of their n workers talk to me and my husband like crap, threaten to shoot me, yelled and cussed is like a dog for absolutely no reason... Where I was when up being told it would be handled the next da,y and o cap the cops on him,, but it was NEVER handled and instead shrugged off the next day bc he was drunk and stuff even remember. So if you want to stay somewhere that allows a worker to treat customers that way then it's up to you.

All of the employees are wonderful. I'm older and have a handicap. They all treated me like a queen! They were willing to do absolutely anything they could to help me

The location. That's all!

This was a room of filth and horror! Not only did they lie about the room, they refused to fix it! We reserved a "suite". What we got was a disgusting room where the TV didn't work, trash in the room a broken METH PIPE in a drawer, no lightbulbs in the lights and the rudest staff I've ever met! Do not stay here! Scary!

It started off bad because the room we received was nothing like the room reserved. We paid for a suite with a kitchenette. We got a room with 2 beds and a restroom. It was disappointing from the start.

The small room we had to take. The offer to switch rooms with 6 hours left on our 2 night stay. The advertised room not existing.

The pool was great and the breakfast was good.

The floors in our room were dirty and turned our feet black. Had to mop the floors 4 times to get them clean.
