Was nice location clean

It was disappointing about the size of how small the beds are not even a full size bed can barely fit two adults in the bed. Please upgrade the beds n other then that’s nice quite stay

The beds very small even two toddlers not enough room to sleep towels need new ones all were dirty had to buy my own towels

It was renovated, but tub was so so low hot water pressure in bathroom sink, chairs in room looked like they picked up off side walk, and the pool was closed the whole time, Breakfast was continental real continental

Not the best experience

Staff were very kind and understanding.

That we found a bed bug in one of the beds after having slept there for two nights already :( They refunded me one night but I have not seen anything about that refund from booking.com or in my bank account yet:(

I would never, never stay at this place again! The neighborhood is terrible; the rooms are completely dirty! It had black mold in the bathtub of the first room and my keycard stopped working on the door, so we asked for another room and the front desk lady was very helpful and changed us; at the second room I found a black hair on the bathtub, a rouch under the bed and so much dust and dirty spread in the room!! I didn’t even wanted to sleep on the bed afraid that the sheets weren’t clean! Talked with the manager soon as he started his shift and he wasn’t very helpful; said that we have 15min after the check in to look around and cancel the stay if we want a full refund!! I ended up finding another hotel (what I highly recommend!!) for my second night. Will never stay at this place again!!

Respect All Guest

Easy to locate house keepers were nice

The receptionist at the desk was very rude from the moment we walked in. He disrespected my wife on her bday and didn't have any respect for the other guest . Also he has a thick overgrown mustache that needs to be groomed or trimmed.

Bedbugs

Property had bedbugs. One of the male staff was very rude. Only got accommodation for one night that I haven’t even received yet so I didn’t by even know if it’s really coming

Location great, staff good, but room not good.

The breakfast was ok. It was what I expected, and I always like having a breakfast available at a hotel I stay at.

The room itself. It had been heavily sprayed with something and it was a bit overwhelming. By 2nd night room had a bad smell, and it was that of urine in the carpet. Additionally, upon my arrival, there were a lot of nets flying around in the bathroom area.

Very poor and uncomfortable, and very disappointing.

very poor. cold coffee with just sugar, no creamer none of the 3 days. We complained to the staff but to no avail.

Within 10 minutes after we checked in, we brough the staff member to room 117 to show him the condition of the room. The floor had not been swept. There was peanut shells, peices of what looked like animal food. The bath tub had not been cleaned properly. There were brown spot on the tub. We showed this to the staff member. He said he would get housekeeping in there to clean the room. No one came. My wife went back to the front desk approx. and hour later. The staff member was a different person. He told my wife, "why are you bringing this hostility to me, I was not hear earlier. No one came to clean the room the entire time that we stayed there I personally slipped in the bath tub, before I could even lather up with soap. There was no tub mat, and the bottom of the tub had no rough surface to stop you from slipping. I hit my elbow and it pained all that night. I just did not want to argue with anyone else, because we were treated like we did not matter. People were smoking "weed" outside of our door on the walkway for two of the nights that we stayed there.

I liked how close it was to food and our concert venue. I was a quick uber. however, that was probably the best part.

No remote, Fridge didn't work, no sleep for 2 days because the beds were horribly uncomfortable. pool was dirty, paint peeling off the bottom creating a gross haze. ice machine was filthy. bathrooms were not cleaned.

Disgusting and filthy

Location was fine…that’s about it. Oh, staff were pleasant too.

This hotel was absolutely the most run down and filthiest place. See pics of rags I used to clean counters and floor. DO NOT book this hotel unless they completely renovate. Also they DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST! They have muffins and fruit but they run out fast.
