Just a great stay.

The breakfast was great. we usually stay on Phillips Dr.,but went a mile out of our way and I am glad we did. the staff and the room were great. The whole experience was super. We will more than likely be staying there next year.

Nice but.

One of the front desk staff was first rate!

Unfortunately the others were less than friendly and just barely helpful... We only ask for house keeping twice in the week.. and both times they did nothing other than being towels ... And only once did they refill shampoo and coffee. I have still yet to receive my refund for the night we did not stay... The person who checked us out did not process it for 2 weeks... And now I'm having issues getting it back on my card.

The hotel was overall great for what we were looking for and will definitely go back there if we ever need to.

When we walked in it was very nice and clean! You could smell the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. They allowed us to bring our dog too which was great because we like taking her with us as much as we can. The breakfast options looked really good although I didn’t get to try because I didn’t get up early enough. The beds were super comfortable too!!

If I had to pick something I would say the TV. The volume wasn’t very loud and it took a while to even find the guide for the channels. You could only flip one channel at a time to get to the channel you wanted to watch instead of punching in the channel manually.

Very good

The clerk that checked us in was very rude and could tell she didn’t want to be working. Telling me that there was a deposit for each room. When I told her when I booked on Priceline it didn’t state that. She told me you have to put a deposit down at any hotel and I told her I didn’t at the last hotel I stayed at in Clarksville. She was quiet and only charged us one deposit for 3 rooms. But she was very rude and snotty from the beginning to end.

. For as old as it was it was very clean.

This hotel is like 7 minutes away from Kentucky Island, which was awesome. Room was big, also the bed was pretty comfortable

They didn’t change my towels or cleaned up the room. I didn’t care about the sheets but I was expecting fresh new towels the next day and that didn’t happen.

Overall my stay was very enjoyable. There were a few bumps but nothing that would stop me from having an enjoyable stay

The Staff was nice and were able to check me into my room 2 hours early. The room was very spacious especially for one person and had all the amenities I needed. I was happy it had a microwave and mini fridge

The elevator wasn't working. There was a few strands of someone's gray hair on the bed and in the shower. One of the electrical sockets was damaged so the lamp wouldn't work

Exceptional

This hotel was phenomenal! The staff were excellent, the breakfasts were outstanding, shuttles to and from the Kentucky Oaks and Derby were superb and even better they offered a FEAST both Friday AND Saturday in accommodation for enjoyment of each day!! And the FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. A big WOW. And if you brought your dog? They offered a large grassy area with plenty of room to walk plus a pet-waste bag and bucket for your use. Now THAT was a thoughtful gesture!

Staff were excellent. Location was great. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Changed rooms after first night to 2 queen beds - much better!

we stayed just one night the pizza place was excellent and in walking distance. easy to get to and get back on the inter

it was very clean and convenient to restaurants and the hospital . It was in a better part of Louisville area

Not a good experience. 😔

We did not stay after problems with 2 different rooms. 😔

1st room the toilet was plugged with feces. Maintenance came and was unable to clear; we were moved to another room and the bathroom had used linens and dirty tub. We chose not to stay.
