Bed was clean and very comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean

The carpet in hallways was very outdated and didn’t seem near as clean as room

The breakfast could have been a little more that could have had like a hot iron with a waffle maker but other than that it was okay the service as far as checking in they were very helpful very friendly great people.

The Red Roof Inn in Terrell was perfect for our needs, i.e. a clean comfortable budget friendly hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

There seemed to be renovation going on in the rooms which was not disruptive at all, but the hallway carpet was dirty with construction dust and debris, which should have been vacuumed daily. I'm in the construction business and if it had been my project, I'd have made sure that my crew would take 10 minutes at the end of the day and vacuumed the hallway.

Housekeeping. I've stayed in this motel twice both times there was hair in the bathroom and the floor was dirty whoever cleaned that room half cleans it.

Comfortable rooms and good location. Breakfast was ok but nothing I really would brag about.

My business meeting wasn't until that afternoon and they wouldn't let me check out a little later. I offered to pay more but was rudely told I would have to pay for an extra day. I have had similar stays in other establishments and they worked with me.

Dirty floor, dead bugs on floor and on bed. Blankets were very dirty and stained.

Clean outside, the building looked well kept up and there was grass well kept up, good for my puppy. As soon as I walked inside it smelled so clean and good. I knew the room would be as well and they were.The staff were friendly.

The location was perfect for the Wedding venue we were attending. The manager Chris addressed my concern while I was there as well as Ms Kathryn, my apologies if I got her name wrong.

I’m hoping Chris follow up with what went wrong on my initial impression upon my visit. First impressions are always then last impression.

The location is great. The room was clean. It is a no-frills establishment, but as this is what I was expecting, I was not disappointed. They also serve breakfast.

Furniture and fixtures could use updating. The bed was sunken and not super comfortable. Marks on walls and peeling paint made the room look dingy.
