We will never use this hotel chain again

Location

There was mold in the bathtub. The heating system was making a loud noise that sounded like a ships horn most all night. The beds were very noisy. The place was barely clean

Clean nice friendly staff! Rooms were spacious and clean!

The only thing I didn't understand was why such a huge room and the air conditioner is placed high up bed level with the bed super uncomfortable and I almost knocked myself out in the middle of the night walking to the bathroom

friendly staff, quickly correcting the trash issue and bad bed sheet issues.

some sheets were terribly stained and old so able to see through. they need to throw away these sheets.

Clean welcoming place to stay but dont expect a $130 dollar hotel for under a hundred!

I likes that I could park with my trailer in the parking lot.

Honestly breakfast could have offered more than the few things they did. Everything was clean but there were holes in the door and the tile was peeling up. We booked a room with a queen bed. We have one at home and it was smaller than that.

Beautiful location, comfortable bed after a very long day on the road with amazing restaurant surrounding this hotel

I loved all the surrounding restaurants and the amazing friendly staff

The sound of breakfast at 6 AM when I’m trying to sleep, but that’s completely understandable and doable

Booked through booking, when got there desk clerk said had no free rooms. Showed him reservation and he stated he has had no free rooms for hours. He told me the issue was my problem with booking.com not his issue. Very rude and unwilling at all to try and resolve issue. Got reprimanded by booking.com.

Our room had a very a strong mildew smell. Bathroom toilet did not seem to be cleaned. We checked into hotel around 7pm and the room next to ours had music playing loudly for at least 13 hours. We checked out around 8:30am and the music was still going. Told staff about it twice. Pictures online did not reflect our room.

Room was nice, seemed clean.

Room did not have toilet paper, had to go ask for some. Very noisy as well, could hear people walking around in the room above us.
