Schönes Motel mit gepflegter Anlage. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist super und echt ruhig. Der Pool war sauber und es waren ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Die Tiki Bar war auch super und es gab Abends live Musik. Die Betten waren Bequem und das Zimmer sauber.

Leider hatten wir in der Dusche nur warmes/heißes Wasser. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Staff was great. Tiki hut was fun.

Just an older place. Room smelled damp and musty. Parking was limited if the Tiki Hut was busy. Doors were finicky to open. Coffee was awful. Towels were thin, cheap.

I was able to visit with my great niece for the evening, that was nice.

I enjoyed the Tiki bar and entertainment.

Price of the room for one night was a little steep.

Dreckig und laut. Stammhotel von Sauf-Senior:innen

Tania von der Rezeption ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen von housekeeping sind freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wasserspender in der Lobby.

Die Preis-Leistung steht nicht im Verhältnis zum Gebotenen: Als wir unser Zimmer beziehen durften, mussten wir die Reinigungsdamen zweimal bitten, den Boden noch einmal zu wischen. Es lagen Haare, Krümel am Boden, unterm Bett benutze Taschentücher. Grds. ist es dort üblich, dass mit dem Besen grob gefegt wird u d alles dann vor die Tür gekehrt wird. Gewischt wird nicht. Die Zimmertür geht direkt zum Gang an der Straße. Zwischen Tür und Türrahmen sind große Lücken. Dadurch ist es dauerhaft zugig im Zimmer. Am letzten Abend hatten wir eine Kakerlake zu Besuch! Die anderen Gäste sind gealterte Sauftourissten und dadurch besoffen laut und rücksichtslos. Pool und Liegen wurden unachtsam mit Schuhen betreten.

We had a late arrival. I was very happy with the communication and how to access the room while staff was not on location.

It would have been nice if there were some hangars in the room.

Stay away!Don't lose your money.I requested refund.They dont answer my calls.This place is terrible

When i saw the location and the pictures from the hotel i though it would be a great choice. I was so far of what i encounter. Had to leave after 1 hour of arrival

I dont know where to start. This property is the worst ever. I have never requested support from booking.com and this time had to do it. I also requested them to send a refund since i couldnt stay more than 1 hour in this hotel. Loud music from the bar, people screaming and drunk walking outside, at the hallways. Bad ambience and smelly room. I was not feeling safe, and I called them for a refund and never had answered me back during the days after. The management leaves at 5pm and after that hour what happens next with you is not their business. Had to put a claim through booking.com and call the hotel personally. Nothing. So, dont waste your money at this property. You will regret it as i am now

Will not stay there again because of the conditions.

The door to the room would not close completely. There was a gap all the way around the door. It did not feel secure at all. Bathroom shower had a hole in the wall and the bed sunk down in the middle. Wry poor quality for the money.

Great place, great price!

We loved the room, it was large and clean, close to the pool and Tikki Bar, it was perfect, could not have ask for more.

There was nothing that we did not like.
