The bed was extremely comfortable n room was clean all the workers were really nice

The shower didn't work more hot then cold and door was open smelled like smoke had no shampoo or soap

Key card access to the stairwells sometimes works, stairwells have large trash bins with no ventilation so all you smell is trash. If your room is on the back side you'll get nothing but freeway noise all night. My first room had a bad smell and room wasn't really clean and stains on the bathroom floor and bed sheets.

The hotel canceled my reservation while I was waiting to check in, they told me they didn't have a room for me even though I booked my room in advance through booking .com, will never attempt to stay there again

The whole place and property was a scam. The pictures online did not represent the rooms or property. The dishonesty is disgusting. All the rooms were dirty and smelt horrible. Never again. This caused conflict in my relationship too.

Terrible.

I did not like a single thing about it. The rooms were inadequate and had not been kept up with. Biggest issue is they told me there was no reason I shouldn’t have received my deposit back, nothing was showing up in the system…. Yet, I didn’t receive my deposit back…. I called them 5 separate times and spoke to different individuals each time I was told I would get a call back. Not once did they ever call me back. I constantly was having to call them back and explain my problem over and over. I never got an explanation as to why I wouldn’t be recovering my deposit, only that they had nothing showing in the system to indicate why I would not receive my deposit. They are con men and knew they had no reason not to issue my deposit and figured ignoring me and giving me the run around was the best strategy. That’s fine. Keep the $100. Never again will you get my business.

DISGUSTING! Shut this place down

Disgusting! roaches everywhere. I’m not exaggerating at all. How is this place in business? This company should be ashamed of itself. I didn’t stay in the room due to the potential negative impact on my health from ALL THE BUGS!!

Needs pest control

The Room was spacious enough and a comfortable bed to sleep in.

As soon as i opened the room door i spotted a cockroach, when i was showering i drowned him with water and down in the drain hole he went, after my shower i sat on the bed to get ready and there was another cockroach crawling up my leg, place is a-bit run down, doesn’t have utensils, bowls, plates etc. they need pest control, drunks on the stairs begging guest.

never again thanks to shailendra prasad

everyone on staff was amazing EXCEPT shailendra prasad… he stated he was the GM but I never experienced someone so RUDE. Not only to me but to my children. he spoke in a condescending tone and was extremely insulting. I stayed 16 total days and my encounter with him was enough for me to NOT extend my stay. I WILL be filing a formal complaint with corporate and I took my business to another establishment.

Bed wasn't very comfortable. Generally a bit dated decor, and could have been cleaner.
