Very friendly host!!! Made me some Indian tea and it was such an experience. Beds are super comfortable, it’s a 30 minute walk to downtown, really nice neighborhood. Free parking. WiFi, free coffee. Honestly, there is a lot to list, but I totally lived my stay there.
Some minor imperfections in furniture (a little damage) but it didn’t bother me at all
3.1
The location
Foul smell coming from the bathroom, Burt holes in the sheets, dust everywhere, very dirty and stained seats!
3.1
It was nice, except for the ripped interior curtain (could be changed for less than $10) and the cigarette burn (?) in the shower curtain and the large price tag/energy sticker on the mini-frig, the room the was very nice and clean.
See above.

I did not like anyone about this property… as soon as I stepped foot I was to cancel and get a refund, but after look at my itinerary there was NO REFUNDS.. I wanted to cry and leave but I was forced to stay
There were bed bugs, the curtains were ripped up, the sink and shower had stains, the entire room smelled like someone has died, the sheets were not washed… it was a horrible experience will not come back at all…

Very friendly staff. Helpful and considerate.
I don’t like how the beds roll. They kept moving around and it wasn’t comfortable and very annoying.
There was a bag of about 7 $1 bills, some candy, dirty rags, and an ebt card left in the room which made me think the housekeepers don’t thoroughly clean the rooms.
3.1
Unclean bed mattress. Ripped curtain
One of the beds was moving forward

Was in a nice location and there was multiple stores nearby.
Parking lot is small

tv did not work
3.1
Close to where we wanted to be.
The room was dirty. The fridge kept making a noise all night like it was having a power surge. Tv kept losing signal all the time.
3.1
clean modern room
3.1
remodeling in bathrooms. New hot mix in driveway.

Location is good but the coffee is horrible, the person at check in doesn’t know how to smile 🥺
Friendly check in and decent coffee for the $240/- for the night and non smelly linnen would be good

I travel a lot for work and this hotel is my go to when I’m in uptown Santa Barbara.
3.1
midtown and convenient location , newly renovated rooms .
the extra charge of $50 due to my stay being charged on a debit card not credit card, I wasn’t aware of this prior to booking my stay and by the time we got there it was to late to cancel my stay .

Room was very nice and spacious
Everything was great

Staff was fair.
Water took long to warm for a shower. Room was fair but the staff had to give us clean spreads and sheets but we had to make the bed.
3.1
The beds were very comfortable. The location is good in Santa Barbara. The heater works
The parking lot had junk everywhere. I would think they would want to hide piles of furniture. Construction type materials. It looked like they were remodeling, had everything everywhere and still stayed open. I want to tell them, the Parking area is everyone’s front door. And the room door was filthy. Clean it up!
The bath was what I was looking forward to relax after a hard week, but no! There were black hairs and maybe pubic hairs all over the bath tub. I have blond hair. Not mine! And no tissues to pick things up.
Just a little cleaning up would have made a better impression. TV left on Spanish with sight impaired explanations of what each character was doing and feeling during the program. Does this place care?

Girl who checked me in was nice.
This motel felt unsafe. It was dirty. The floors were so dirty that my socks had debris on them ,I was told my charge never went through and the tried to charge me again.
3.1
Nothing went well.
This place is filthy. Dumpster was overflowing with trash everywhere. When I got there around 10:00 PM, office door was closed with no one around except a homeless person blocking the door. There were also other homeless people lurking close by. I didn't feel safe to get out of my car so I drove off and went to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn.
3.1
Very clean room. Basic items such as mini fridge and microwave provided.
Construction was happening with rehab of rooms. Noisy but they are upgrading rooms.
3.1
it was a nice place at a good price.
there was scraping noises and talking right outside our window starting from 8AM.
3.1
Location was good, 10 minutes from the zoo and the Pier.
Ceanliness? Not so much, floor was sticky, fridge had mildew in it, toothpaste was left on the wibdow, dirty clothes was left under the bathroom sink. I will definitely never stay here again.

It was clean and well lit inside and out . the parking was real close. The staff were very friendly and nice. The location was perfect for visiting Santa Barbara
The door to the room did not seal closed. People sat right outside the door smoking and I could smell it in my room. It was stinky and made me cough. Make the smokers go on the other side of the parking lot to inhale their poison.
