Good experience. Wd stay again.

Tonya checked us in she was awesome! Very helpful, courteous, friendly. My husband is n a wheelchair & she put us on 1st floor as requested. We requested extra covers which she supplied. She was professional and friendly with a positive attitude and a good advertisement for Red Roof Inn. We look forward to a future stay with RRI!

Outside doors should lock & be used by key for guests so non guests cannot access entry but by lobby doors.

Pretty much nothing but was too tired to care.

No breakfast because of covid. TV didn't work properly. Not an ice machine anywhere. Tried to contact the front desk,no answer. Went there and no one was around.

It was adequate and the price was quite good, but next time I will probably look for someplace else.

There is no breakfast offered at this hotel.

The smell of cigarette smoke never went away, even though the clerk assured us it is a non smoking hotel. There was trash on the floor ( empty soda bottle) and gum stuck to the side of the headboard. There was no table, and the clerk assured me that queen bed rooms don't have tables; I don't know why because the room had plenty of space for it. It would have been very nice to have a table to work at and eat at. The bathroom was clean, but there were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths, there was not a mat to put down by the tub. The remote mostly worked, except it would not turn on the TV, that had to be done at the side of the TV. The window had a large crack. They did not have a gym/workout room.

Horrible!!!!!

Nothing, this is a motel were most rooms or rented on weekly or monthly rates.

People smoked at all entrances, I’m a non smoker. The ground floor we entered smelled like wet dogs. The phone cord was torn out of the phone couldn’t call front desk. We had 3 kids on the third floor running and screaming until 1am. We had a king size bed but only had 2 small pillows on it. They gave us 2 small towels n 2 washcloths no rug to step out on. They said they had vending machines none in the whole building. We bought our own towels n pillows to be comfortable in the room. This is one place I want waste my money on ever again.

The staff was friendly

Getting in the parking lot is a joke during peak hours at Whataburger next door. The room was very dirty, feces or blood on the outside of the toilet, room and bathroom floor sticky and filthy. The shower has previous tenants' body hair left over. Had a non-smoking room but could smell cigarette smoke from the hall. Could hear music and other guest conversations from inside of room. Outlet covers missing on plug-in and missing smoke detector. As long as you're up to date on vaccines, you should be fine.

The hotel needs to be brought up again like they once used to be

I didn’t like how the hotel allowed everybody to have dogs out there and the dogs are just running around and most of the folks was hanging all out side and loud and smoking and asking strangers for money and rides

The hotel have completely downgraded too many people hanging outside begging me for money and rides and then on top of that dogs wasn’t on leashes and running around I don’t like dogs and I have kids who are scared of dogs

Wotst hotel stay ever in my 52 years

Nothing other than it was easy to get to atlanta airport for red eye flight

Room was damaged, dirty, toilet is messed up dirt and dust everywhere. Sticky residue over ottoman, chair torn and stained bed had broken piece sticking out and scratched my leg causing blood to come out. Receptionist didnt seem to care said she was told room was clean and in good order. Told her I wanted to speak to a manager about conditions and injury. 15 hours later still havent heard anything from anyone. This place should be condemned and torn down. It had decent reviews but if I had read the individual reviews over the past few months I wouldnt have stayed. Alot of same concerns and owner manager doesnt care to fix problems

The room was old on appearance. The bathroom was dirty. The comfort was so worn out it had multiple holes in. The room smelled like smoke even though I requested a non smoking room. Every appliance was old and falling apart. The a/c did not function properly. I would like my money back. I will NEVER stay at the Ted Roof again or any other one. Terrible experience!

It was not a pleasant stay I’m sad to say. we will not be staying there again.

the only thing nice about this place was the shopping across the street.

we stayed last month at a Red Roof Inn in Louisville Ky last month and it was amazing! here, we had to beg for towels and wash cloths, I think people live there. the person next store smoked so much weed the smell was in our room and the lady across the hall was air frying chicken the whole time. there was always trash collected up by the elevators and the smell was horrendous. Our refrigerator leaked so we had to keep a towel up against it. the beds were alright. I should have read the reviews better. the staff was really nice though, they can only do what they are allowed to do.
