Convenient but needs better standards

The location was great and next to everything you may need. The a/c worked really good. The bed was comfortable.

I usually stay at this chain of hotels and it definitely was not up to the standard of its name. The room I was first placed in smelled like cat pee. I was given another room promptly. The second room was odor free but not cleaned thoroughly. Little things matter to travelers ….clean the light switches, clean the front and back of the doors, clean the top of the fridge, clean the head boards off and for goodness sake, make sure the room smells great!

It was clean.

I had to go to the front desk for shampoo and there was no ice machine. But the refrigerator made ice fast if you didn’t fell the ice trays all the way full!!!

STAYED FOR A WEEK. LOVED IT

I was hesitant after reading some reviews but the price was right and the location was excellent so I checked out of the nearby Hilton ($170/night). Now, after 5 days I can report that I made an excellent choice. Not only is Extended much cheaper than the Hilton, but my room is as clean, with plenty of bath towels , plus a full sized refrigerator , a 2 burner electric stove ( did not use it) microwave, heating, air conditioning. The front desk printed travel documents at no charge, and despite my room facing the mainstreet the noise is hardly noticable. They even has an ironing board, iron amd a small area to dry clothes. The hotel is quiet and is 10 minute walk to CVS, grocery stores, barber shop, banks etc. So you can get by without a car. Many of thehptels are on theother side ofthe freeway in the industrial park where there are no shops orrestaurants If you are looking for great place to stay for less, Extended Stay is a good choice

On the downside They clean your room once every 7 days and the breakfast is coffee, muffins and granola bar. No fruit juices or fresh fruits. And i couldnt figure out how to open the windows to let in outside air.

It was a dirty vacation for my 28th birthday I will never stay there again

It was super dirty the staff was mad I kept changing my bedding every day . I got a sye on my ear from this facility .

Had a kitchen and friendly staff. Great location

Its didn't have coffee maker, dishes, pots n pans in the room. Also didn't have enough towels in the restroom. Smoking in the Non smoking areas.

A good room, moderately priced, that served its purpose well.

We were looking for a comfortable room with refrigerator, and this room fit the bill. Also, the price was decent.

No hair dryer!!?

Comfy and spacious room! It's perfect for either a short or long stay, and there's a kitchen in the room!

The only thing to be noticed is that there's no hair dryer in the room!!! I didn't call the desk for one, but still, it's inconvenient and weird to not have a hair dryer in a room..

A plumbing problem occurred. We were told we must move to another room which was a tremendous chore for two women in their 70's & 80's. There was no staff to assist.

Barely met our needs

Check in and check out were easy. Adequate parking.

No breakfast due to COVID. Free WIFI terrible. No dishes until you ask for them. Bathroom sink did not drain well.
