Never again.

Staff customer service. Location next to highway was convenient.

My 2nd time staying here. Great customer service from front desk staff..The first time was great. This booking was horrible. I always carry bleach wipes when I travel to wipe the room down. When I lifted the toilet seat, I was disgusted. There was residue of stool and blood under the toilet seat.

Accomodation okay, breakfast minus zero

Breakfast was included, we were told to be 'grap and bite' at the frontdesk. But only 3 oranges at 8 am . During chech-in some muffins were promised and the 3 oranges were already there. Conclution: no breakfast is served! Even the coffee in the lobby is cold!

Good but need my 250 back

The pool and location

Got charged a cleaning fee because worker said my daughters were in the pool bathroom smoking weed n smelled like they smoked a pound in there first off that was very unprofessional secondly sitting at the pool I seen several people go in and out with cigars black and milds and some with some other drugs of choice but they only got singled out first were did they get it from is the question they don’t drive and don’t have money so it makes you wonder what else is going on in the hotel and don’t forget the pound of weed how would the staff know ???

It wasn’t wort $209 with $100 deposit it should’ve been no more than $100 for a night knowingly nothing was really up to

outside was quiet no hanging out

I was on the 3rd floor every step I took I could hear numerous of dogs barking. I feel as if being in an overnight stay if there’s pets there should be a floor for individuals without pets. Secondly Our key was assigned to the wrong room after it was fixed we continued to have trouble getting into the room with the key. The bed had dips in it literally all over it was so worn down felt like a mat.Toilet kept stopping up, Hot water didn’t work along with the shower pressure was super low. Trash can was disgusting underneath the bag. I wouldn’t recommend

what is an excellent place would stay here again just because of the staff and how helpful they were even when I checked

The people at the front desk were wonderful and the cleaning staff is excellent and friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable most comfortable place I have stayed at being disabled I did not feel judged I did not feel ridiculed and I thought I got all the help I deserved.

Overall experience of my stay was good.

The continental breakfast was okay.

There is no security on site. That needs to be address because someone tried getting into my room at minutes to 6 in the morning. I called front desk for security to check out who was on the outside and the receptionist mentioned there is no security. That's a major ussue when you have females staying alone in the hotel. Also, I inquired if the camera can show who was trying to get into my room, and the receptionist said the cameras dont show the hallways. I didn't like the fact that no stove was in the room, just a hot plate. The channels were also limited and no offer of Netflix or Hulu. There weren't any conditioner for hair only the shampoo and no lotion for the body.

i got no sleep. roosters on the property were cock-a-doodle-doodaling all night long and it was right outside my window. absolutely horrible night.
