The staff are always friendly.

The breakfast every hot meal had bacon or meat. I don't eat pork or beef but all of the hot meal options had bacon or bacon sausage. So I could not have anything hot. There was no yogurt or cheese so there was no source of protein. It is not the staffs fault they get what they get. Some ppl over take items because it is "free". I only had coffee and had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Good location. The Housekeeping staff were very friendly & accommodating.

Although the room was comfortable, it is really showing signs of needing updating. We stayed at this hotel once or twice a year for several years (pre-COVID) and really noticed the difference this time. The bathroom sink was clogged/very slow to drain, which I believe should have been noticed by the staff when cleaning. We arrived in Minot early, around 2 pm, and thought we’d just check to see if the room might be ready yet. Upon arrival, the young man at the desk simply pointed to the sign indicating check-in was at 3. He didn’t say a word. Then he struggled & moaned while checking the computer and the security cameras, and struggled some more as he attempted to put a shirt on!?! After several minutes, he advised that we could check-in at 2:30. The same young man sat behind the front desk while a 70 year old female employee tried to move a very large pallet out through the front door. I guess it wasn’t his job to assist his co-worker.

Clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was great as well.

Can’t drive around the building.

Best breakfast I have had in many moons Lots of choice and beverages including juices Very happy with the level of comfort and service and the beds were great Also the windows were very good and despite facing the highway you could not hear a sound.

The only negative can you believe it was the toilet seat was slightly askew...that's it Everything else was great

Dirty carpet all through the hotel, including the foyer. Cleaning was not thoroughly done. Dust on floorboards and corners. Could hear through walls.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was in a great location, very clean and nice complimentary breakfast. It had pool facilities and a fitness room and the hotel staff were friendly.

I was disappointed the hot tub was closed for maintenance.

Helpful staff, good value, breakfast included.

Good value for one night we were traveling through. Clean room, good breakfast
