Not good

Pet stains on our floor our room smelled like pet pee.The hot tub in the pool area didn't work.

A very high price for a very low quality.

The availability of free parking, a swimming pool (even if it is small and cold), breakfast and location.

This is a very old hotel with an old dirty carpet, curtains that probably haven't been washed since opening. The guy at the reception greeted us with a disgruntled face, barely spoke and didn't try to solve the problem with the door cards that didn't work and we had to run back and forth 4 times until the hotel management personally came and changed our room. It took us an hour to get into the room after arrival. Everything was economical: half of the lights in the bathroom didn't work, there was only one set of soap and shampoo for the shower, although there were three of us, it's good that we had everything from our home. The price we paid for the room does not correspond to the level or organization of this hotel.

A comfortable and reliable option.

The breakfast offered multiple options. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for shopping and restaurants but close to the highway.

The room was somewhat small.

Nice hotel that I will keep in mind for my next trip through the area.

The receptionist was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was tasty.

Not for vegetarians

The staff are always friendly.

The breakfast every hot meal had bacon or meat. I don't eat pork or beef but all of the hot meal options had bacon or bacon sausage. So I could not have anything hot. There was no yogurt or cheese so there was no source of protein. It is not the staffs fault they get what they get. Some ppl over take items because it is "free". I only had coffee and had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Although we have enjoyed staying here in the past, we will be checking out other hotels to stay at in the future.

Good location. The Housekeeping staff were very friendly & accommodating.

Although the room was comfortable, it is really showing signs of needing updating. We stayed at this hotel once or twice a year for several years (pre-COVID) and really noticed the difference this time. The bathroom sink was clogged/very slow to drain, which I believe should have been noticed by the staff when cleaning. We arrived in Minot early, around 2 pm, and thought we’d just check to see if the room might be ready yet. Upon arrival, the young man at the desk simply pointed to the sign indicating check-in was at 3. He didn’t say a word. Then he struggled & moaned while checking the computer and the security cameras, and struggled some more as he attempted to put a shirt on!?! After several minutes, he advised that we could check-in at 2:30. The same young man sat behind the front desk while a 70 year old female employee tried to move a very large pallet out through the front door. I guess it wasn’t his job to assist his co-worker.

Excellent restful stay

Best breakfast I have had in many moons Lots of choice and beverages including juices Very happy with the level of comfort and service and the beds were great Also the windows were very good and despite facing the highway you could not hear a sound.

The only negative can you believe it was the toilet seat was slightly askew...that's it Everything else was great

Run down hotel no thorough cleaning done

Great breakfast

Dirty carpet all through the hotel, including the foyer. Cleaning was not thoroughly done. Dust on floorboards and corners. Could hear through walls.

Superb

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was in a great location, very clean and nice complimentary breakfast. It had pool facilities and a fitness room and the hotel staff were friendly.

I was disappointed the hot tub was closed for maintenance.

Will book there again.

As a diabetic there was not too much I could eat but my husband enjoyed the food. I loved the coffee and tea and could have whenever we wanted, was always available.

Great Facility!

A very cozy facility. A bit dated however perfectly clean and comfortable. Great breakfast included. Friendly staff made our stay memorable. Can't beat it for the price!

Our only regret was that the pumps in the hot tub were not working however it was still a hot soaker to end the day.

Good location and friendly management but short on daily staffing.

Sandy was a gem. Always friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet and peaceful.

Breakfast was below par - mostly processed commercial bakery items. Not many healthy choices. Promised 3 day laundry changes and room cleaning never happened in 6 days. Short staffed or not, the promise was not kept.

Enjoyed our Stay

.Sandy was super personable and very helpful. The hotel was central to restaurants and shopping. The pool and hot tub were nice. I especially enjoyed all the variety included in the complimentary breakfast.

Refrigerator in our room did not work.
