Great property for a first time visit to Killeen!

Excellent property. Staff was professional and accommodating! The bed was comfortable and the facilities were in top tier shape.

The location wasn’t the best, in my opinion. I felt like I had to travel a decent distance for food but the mall was across the street! Also, Booking.com explicitly stated that check out was at noon (12 pm) but upon arrival, the concierge stated it was at 11 am.

Would recommend this hotel to anybody. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a place in the area!

Arrived here early. Called to see if I could check in when I got here. Was told “yes”.. come in and check in early. Was able to check in at 12 pm. Staff at front desk was VERY nice. Booking had my last name wrong , but he just changed it at the front desk and told me to have a great stay!

Everything was great. Would definitely recommend.

Best I can say is bed was comfortable, but overall I am used to better.

No breakfast, better value elsewhere and not included in stay

I had no internet access for laptop and staff in front desk said couldn't help & gave me a phone # for Tech support. Also no Jacuzzi on site. Evidence of facility is old.

My stay was great; plan to visit again.

It was very clean (hotel and room). Room amenities were huge (i.e. bed, bathroom, etc).

I would love to have free breakfast.

That elevator where guest uses. Both elevators should be working but apparently we missed our flight due to long wait or someone should have redirected us to another elevator. Staff wasn’t changing the towels and linens

Disaster

Lobby is beautiful, just wish you all paid to have your rooms updated.

Our luggage got locked into our room late in the evening, the houseman was unable to get in after changing the batteries twice, maintenance man was called in (thankful he came) and got our luggage out of the room. We were given a different room, which I am thankful for since I had my 8 month old and it was already really late. Never once talked to a manager and was not given anything but a $10 certificate for their bistro which closes at 9:30 AM. The tubs are slippery. I have never fell in a shower and fell in this one. The outlets next to the beds cant even hold a wall outlet charger, they are so old they just fall right out. Very dissatisfied with our stay.

The air didn't work and when I told the guy at the desk he was like oh yeah I had that problem in another room !!!!! Didn't offer to comp us it was 74 all night !!!!
