Nice getaway for me and hubby.

Can eat, drink, and sleep without having to go anywhere. Hot tub, fireplace, decorated for Christmas 😊

No towels in the pool area. Breakfast was hot, but not tasty. Hot tub needs updated/fix jets.

Fun for kids. Not fun for adults.

That the kids had fun.

That my room was missing a light bulb, the shower didn't work right, and the microwave didn't work right. Also the room was super hot when I got in. My key card only worked some of the time. No one was working in the arcade room. No map of the floor, so I didn't know what floor the arcade was on. No clue where the breakfast was being served.

Mold in the bathroom.

The staff was amazing. They were amazing but I don't complain just expect things to change!!

The room had mold in the bathroom and no vent and it smelt musty. Also the bedroom comforter had yellow spots on it. Gross! I brought with my own blankets and it was an okay stay. But it sucked staying Thursday till Saturday since the water park wasn't open till 4pm on Friday. I feel like I wasted my money with my kids since I am a single dad.

toilet was clogged with poop and toilet paper when we checked in and nobody apologized. water park slide was boarded up.

Good fam trip, booking let me down again though

,The rooms were great, breakfast was good for the kids until we got somewhere else. Waterpark was so nice. All the food was very good. Everything was pretty expensive but worth it.

I didnt like that even though I bought a room through booking that said it would fit 4 or 5 people they still charged us 15 per person just to stay in the hotel. Trying to get booking and management on the phone together at the same time has been a nightmare for us twice in a row

Lots of fun.

Room was very nice, spacious. Breakfast was ok, lots of food.

Would be nice to check in at 3pm-with no extra charge. Not enough chairs around the pool.

Fair to average

Breakfast was also carte, and poorly accommodated. Ran out of cups.

Elevators weren't working. Waterslide area seemed less than clean. Had to use 2 separate credit cards for 2 rooms. Requested rollaways and did not get them.

It was an OK stay, but could use a little personalization.

The room was nice. Beds a little hard. Water park was fun.

Breakfast. Really under expectations. Not well attended. Nobody at the front desk at some times. Water park ran out of towels.
