Beds were comfy, quiet location. Lots of parking.

Pool was freezing, the older guy working the desk was always rude. The manager and evening staff was kind. Housekeeping was super kind as well.

Trash in the hideaway bed when I pulled it out. Cobwebs all of the ceiling. Stained sheets on the king bed. Luke warm water coming from shower

It was not what I was expecting at all.

It was alright but not a lot to pick from. It was clean.

One thing was I advised before it would be late when we got there and I absolutely needed on handicapped room. When I got there I’m sure the gentleman was new because he had trouble with the card machine. He had rented the handicapped room but put us in deluxe room and charged us $50 more. If anything we should have gotten a discount. My husband has a prothesis and could not use that bathtub. I was deeply upset.

decent price, but wouldn’t return.

the pool. we had it to ourselves for over an hour before other guests came to use it.

the room obviously wasn’t fully cleaned. found an empty shampoo bottle in the shower. the coffee maker wasn’t cleaned as there was still coffee in it from the previous guest and there was mold growing in the coffee pot.

I'd book them again.

Never did their breakfast. Room was great, not necessarily easy access off the freeway at night. Only complaint was really noisy hallways a couple times and early morning someone upstairs playing loud TV news and walking w very heavy feet. Also never figured out their tv programming. THAT was annoying, but w their wifi and my laptop I got through it. The staff was all great.

Exceptional

I was going into the hospital the next day. Room was just the right size, and had the quiet I wanted. The Baymont was right across the street from Parkview, real convenient.

Overall disappointed but great location for travellers.

Room and bed. Friendly staff on front desk at check in. Neat and tidy appearance facilities. Helpful.

Ice machine not working. Bed linens need updating. Very disappointed with breakfast. Not much there. No peanut butter, green bananas, only white choices for bread. Poor choices for cereals. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6am. Not ready till about 6:25 am. Not your most personable breakfast attendant. Although somewhat helpful.

I will continue to stay at Wyndhams but will do a better job of checking out the neighborhood first:

In general I love Wyndhams, especially since they are pet friendly and have a reasonable pet fee. The staff was very friendly, good, free, continental breakfast & convenient to getting on/off highway.

This one had quite a bit of drug activity (we consistently smelled marijuana & saw 2 "deals" go down in the parking lot). Also there was no hot water for showers 2 of the 3 days we were there:(.

This was fine for one night but I will try somewhere higher quality for a few extra dollars.

The pool was wonderful. The bed was very comfy and clean, The TV had a ton of channels and worked great. The Internet also worked well.Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast.

The shower never got hot. It was warm so it was tolerable but definitely not hot. The floor behind the couch was not clean. Some staff were very abrupt and not very friendly. The pool towels were not kept in the pool and we only had 2 shower towels in our bathroom. We had 3 staying in the room though.

Good location, helpful staff

Staff was courteous and kind. My room was perfect, it was exactly what I needed, and for an affordable price. There were only minor issues with cleanliness and those were easily fixed by the staff. The location was great too, right by the freeway- my GPS got a little confused by the driveway leading into it but the place itself was nice.

I do wish there had been a new bottle of shampoo instead of the half empty bottle of lotion that was waiting for me with a single hair inside. That was gross. But also very easy to fix, just got my toiletries replaced and it was like it never even happened. The staff was helpful and corrected the mistake right away. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cost effective, clean and dignified place to stay.

Bed was soft and lumpy. Terrible breakfast. Barely anything to eat. Coffee maker in room didnt work and was dirty. Outdoor light was shining on our window outside. Even with drapes pulled it was as if a light was on in our room.

Very, very bad. No one should stay here. Our whole experience was very poor.

Room was very clean. Ice machine did not work. Took forever to get hot water. Breakfast was not good. Juice machine was broken. We don't drink coffee. No milk. Waffle machine had no mix. Only had bananas, a few packaged rolls, looked like the type you would buy at Walmart. Persons checking us in and out were very rude.

Breakfast and need friendly people at the check in desk. We have been coming to this Baymont for about 5 years. The previous managers were great. My husband was here about 4-5 times a year for business meetings. He was always greeted by name when he walked in and would sometimes get upgrades, just because. New managers are nowhere close to this. They need to smile and maybe talk English better. We will not be staying at this Baymont anymore. Had 2 towels had to ask for more. 1 very, very small bar of soap, had to ask for several more.
