Bed was comfortable but too small.

WE BOOKED A QUEEN SIDE BED FOR BOTH ROOMS. GOT A STANDARD BED IN BOTH ROOMS.

Was budget satisfactory. Room was very comfortable and just what we needed.

Room was very nice. Nice size..

Needs a breakfast offered. We never tried the coffee. Did not look inviting.

Only stay out of need.

Staff seemed friendly

I checked my family in, didn’t even check my ID to even get the room. Gave me 1 key that didn’t work constantly even with changing it out. Dirty. Visible trash just even on counter tops.. not sure it was even cleaned. Poor bedding with questionable stains and uncomfortable sleep upon mattress. Upon checking my family out “someone” already signed all my documentation and I wasn’t any of us. So I definitely didn’t sign anything for incidentals or anything of the sort myself.

Your laundry machine ate my money and they refused to return it to me, and gave me a mouthful when I asked for extra tow

The toilet flush how do you go get a plunger every time the bathroom was huge or any paper was thrown in

Great stay on our way home with our pups.

Loved how dog friendly it is. Amazing to have such a huge field behind it to play with the dogs! Very nice/friendly staff!

Horrible

Only one mirror. Located in bathroom. Dirty. One water cup missing. No trash can. Except in bathroom TV doesn't work. Called and no one came. Elevator dirty, food and other substances on the floor. Hallways were very soiled.

Cheap but not sure it was even worth that price.

The price & location.

We booked our room in advance. When we arrived at 8:30pm we were informed that the room wasn't ready. It finally was at 10:30pm. The ceiling vent was hanging & the blow dryer was hanging from the wall in the bathroom. I question the cleanliness as the turn over of the room was less than 20 minutes.

bad experience and said he could not drop the price

arrived late in the evening and they had no room ready. they had to clean one which took an hour due to interruptions He seemed to be the only person working. Had no soap the next morning for a shower

It was a place to spend the night but we expected it to be cleaner and possibly better stocked.

Check in processs. AC, beds

Lamp didn't work. Apple under bed. Wrappers on floor. Open outlet box in ceiling of kitchen area. No wash clothes. No coffee in lobby or coffee pot in room. No disposable cups. Three of us but only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels.

Wouldn't stay here if it wasn't pet friendly and cheap.

The fact that they don't charge extra for pets.

Parking lot is full of garbage, even a dead bird was right as you walk in, for a day or two. Long check in times, having to park way far away from your room. Food was left in refridgerator, AGAIN! Garbage can still had garbage in it. Very scary people hanging around outside at night, every night. The check in lady takes up the closest parking spot. Tv needed to be reprogrammed from the satellite provider. The towels had big long dark hair on them, one actually stuck to my body after taking a shower! The toilet needed to be plunged every flush. The plunger was old and didn't work. Hallways are stained and gross. Front door is hard to open, sticks. No housekeeping at all, have to ask for towels everyday. Beds are very old and uncomfortable. Noisy, children were allowed to play in the hallways.

Okay place for the price

The staff was pleasant and the property was fairly clean. Nothing fancy, but good for the price.

The beds aren’t very comfortable, and the location of the property felt a little sketchy.

Needs more cleaning

Big bathroom New clean tub/ shower Convinient location( close to highway and walmart) Beds were clean

Bahroom bespite being huge had tiny sink and no countertop to even put tootbrush The couttentops were dirty in the room, greesy stains and pizza sauce not wiped Non carpetet floor was dirty ( as most hotels they are not washing floors- try running wet wipe or towel on hardwood floor as soon as you arrive- discusting) The hotel in need of deep , detailed clwating
