I felt it was unprofessional to book people and to check people in knowing that their power was goin

I checked in on 83 about 6:30 p.m. during a storm thunder lightning. At the point not every room had power. They proceeded to check me in check my room it had power. 2 hours later we flickered out for probably 20 minutes. At 3:30 a.m. power went out again no air conditioning no TV no refrigerator no microwave. The only room that had power was the bathroom. I asked when I checked out at 6:00 a.m. in the morning if they were going to give us any money back on the night and they said there was going to be no refunds or discounts. If I had known the power was going to be out and flickering like that I would have gone elsewhere. They could not even give me a receipt

Great value for the price, clean room with nice king size bed. As with most Red Roof Inn our pet stayed free. 😃

People must live there they have no respect and are outside making loud noises and running around we got maybe two hours of sleep!!

Nothing at all the person who worked front desk was very rude and he tried to charge me extra money for the room and he kicked us out and we were paid up for that night

you get what you pay for

clean, friendly staff and reasonable

no heat in my room, door didn’t close tight and would blow all the way open, pet friendly but no poop bags or trash cans for them
