The breakfast was way better than the comfort suites in Baton Rouge

Breakfast was fine. Typical scrambled eggs and sausage.
No fruit besides apples was a disappointment
I was on the 2nd floor. The hallway had a bad odor.
There were no restaurants around the hotel.

The room was very spacious. We have a 6 yr old who doesn't do very well in hotel rooms but she did great here with all the room.
The beds were comfy except when me and my husband got into bed together we kinda rolled into the middle together.

At check in, would have liked to have been given information about breakfast hours, pool location, check out, etc.

The hotel was very clean and fresh smelling
The young lady at check in seemed distracted and unhappy and was on her cell phone both at check in and throughout her shift. I hope she was ok

It was pretty good not fantastic, but comfortable enough and easy commute
The beds were so very uncomfortable, firm to the point of hard switch the mattresses and you have a certified winner

The only thing I liked was the location. It was easy access to get around.
The front desk clerk was rude with no customer service skills! I stayed in room 302 it had a odor come to find out it was mold in the room all over the drapes where ac must have had a previous leak. The complimentary breakfast was not what you would get at a Choice hotel owners are foreign running this brand into the ground with letting this hotel fall apart! There isn't a clerk at the front desk when you need one so I view that as a safety issue anyone can walk through! Don't let the reviews fool you it ain't a Comfort Suites it has been sold to the wrong owner!!! I would never let my brand be run down like this! I am a veteran so I've stay in many hotels!!!
