Location is good. Right off Rt 65.

The room was dark and damp. The towels were dirty. The furniture was broken.

The attendant on staff was nice.

The rooms are dirty in appearance, the door lock wouldn’t work so the attendant had to let us in the room.

Wifi did not work in room. Staff not helpful in problem solving.

This place was horrendous. There were roaches in the room. They advertised having a “full breakfast” but the only items available were eggs, waffles, and some cereal.

It was disgusting, the tv didn’t work, there was hairs on the pillows and bathtub, bugs, the vent was moldy, and the workers were so rude. Also, the smell from the room over was so strong in our room when we got up we knew exactly what they had been doing.

We didn't attend the breakfast. I loved the fact that the flooring had no carpeting, the linens appeared clean and fresh. Upon arrival the front desk personnel was friendly. Upon checkout, another person - equally friendly. Property location was ideal to our visiting sites and right off the freeway. Quiet surroundings.

Toilet paper too cheap, tore easily and clinged to the body. The drains smelled of old moldy water, there was mold along shower backsplash. Missing light bulbs in fixtures, stained footstool and squeaky desk chair. Maid service banged upon the door at 9:30 announcing her arrival. Again at 10:00, 10:30 and 10:45 at which point I informed we had 15 minutes more before we'd be leaving. It was rude of her to wake us and then try to rush us away. Additionally, our room was non smoking but the smoke odor from another room found its' way into ours.

The hotel was immaculate. The desk was as friendly as can be and I felt safe. Traveling alone can sometimes be scary, but it was well lit and I felt safe the whole evening.

I would be making up stories if I said anything negative. It was a super nice hotel.
