we check in i woke up at 2:20am with Bed bug bites all over my arm went to the front desk showed her and she said sorry and sent us to another room and it was cleaned seen like someone was staying there. Move to another room water all in the floor from the air conditioning. at 3:00am people was hollowing and playing throwing eggs and the front desk said she hsd called the police and not to go out of the room. Rooms are very nasty. and full of bed bugs. Have to go to the doctor

Room smelled like smoke, TV did not work even after I informed someone. Maintenance was gon before I checked in, so they had to switch my room. Even that room had a mold smell and cigarette burns all over the bed. Horrible

I didn’t stay. We turned the key in and left because of the bedbugs. And was told we wouldn’t be cha

I was charged for room 212 which I was only actually for 20 minutes bc it was infested with bedbugs. I checked out and went and stayed at another hotel. Was told I wouldn’t be charged.

Bedbugs bed bugs bed bugs. They were crawling on the bed and my daughter. I itches all night because of the experience.

First the room we were sent to already had someone in it so she put us in another room but we refused to stay in that one because there were large groups of people just hanging out all out side. It was right in front of our room. I tried to get a refund and go somewhere else but she said she couldn't do that a manager would have to do it. She than put us in front of building which was quieter. We were suppose to have a king bed but no. The room was dusty, had cigarette burns on the bath tub and covers. It smelt like we were smoking weed in our room and we don't smoke. Also half the night the smoke alarm kelp beeping. Then they offer breakfast when we reserved it but at 7am the front was locked and you can see a waffle maker and cereal but they had none out.

The hotel gave away our room and we had to wait an hour to get another room. The room we finally ended up in was dirty, the linen was dingy, the TV didn't work, the walls was dirty and black. Room 403 was filthy and needs to be shutdown and deep cleaned thoroughly.

Com to their it's nothing like the pictures take it off your site please

The place was filthy they don't even clean the windows

Didn't even stay at this filthy place, I didn't get the room I requested with booking.com I asked for a Mobility Room non smoking, 115 reaped of cigarette smoke, then she offered me a upstairs and I with a bad knee. I asked her for a refund she said she would do. I am moving to San Diego California this is putting a dent in funds now I have to wait for it to be put back into my account. Unpleased

I would never stay at the Baymont again in Selma Alabama

There was no towels in the room front desk lady was upset because 1st shift didn't notify her that there was no towels in the room young boys was hanging out in front of the room had me and my husband scared hoping that it would not be no fights broken out

It was a waste of my stay and will not be visiting it again.

The room, had a bad smell inside an open space at the bottom door way could see the outside light at coming through it and a large water spot at the entrance of door in the ceiling, no wa-fi connection in the room, tv didn’t work in the first room I was assigned to.

It was a nice place and a good price I was close by the restaurant I didn't have to go far looking for nothing.

The room wasn't all that clean the door was dirty and the wall had old food on it. But other then that everything was great the bed was real nice I slept like a baby

I will never budget again with where I stay.

Everything. Hairdryer was broken . In room coffee machine was missing the filter. Bed sheets felt gross. Room smelled humid and like cigarettes. Floor was sticky. Bathroom sink was nasty along with the bathroom area. Boogers everywhere. This place needs to be shut down.

The staff was good with us and the lady at the front we dealt with was amazing!!! She gave us the rooms we requested there was no hassle and she is deffinetly customer service qualified! We enjoyed the peace and quiet.

There were no towels avaliable and no towels in rooms the last few times.

I would never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very friendly.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The room was not clean and the locks didn't work. The bed lien was very unsatisfactory. I slept in all my clothes. The floor was damp and sticky.
