Okay but not worth the money.

We specifically chose this hotel because of the I door “heated” pool. It was frigid.

Nice , quiet place to rest.

The location was easy to find and convenient for our purpose. I was very impressed with how quiet the Inn was. We had the complimentary breakfast which was very good and had many choices. Check out was very easy.

I can’t thing of anything I didn’t like. I would stay here again.

decent all the way around

The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Asked me if everything was ok when I showed up crying and made sure that everything was ok.

room I was in had small holes in the wall (look like the end table got pushed in to it) bathroom was small

Outside noises woke us up a couple times, like a hammering or construction noise, but could not pinpoint where it was coming from. Overall, it was a nice stay...

Very good

Paul checked me in and was discreet and respectful when I needed a personal item. Very pleasant and cheerful about his work.

The air conditioning went out (indicated thermostat needed batteries). The gentleman that came up (don't know his name) seemed a little off put by my asking for help. He changed the batteries but did not seem to work.....

comfortable bed, adequate pillows and towels.

low pressure in the hand held shower. everything else was great!! breakfast was a little blah, but it was served early so that really helped us out!

convenient and close to everything! Parking surprised it was as big as it was had several semis and still plenty of room for me!

staff could’ve been better! the attitude that the man at the desk gave me was kind of rude.

One night stop

Bedding Coffee in bfast room was fresh n hot Large bfast selection Clerk was very nice and wrote down my concerns on checkout

Refrigerator was not cleaned so I did not use Coffee supplies in room looked used and foam cups looked too beat up to use Appears maid did shortcuts to cleaning Breakfast was cold from steamer but microwave was there King Mattress had a large ridge down middle prob needs replaced

I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find freshly popped popcorn in the lobby after a long day of sightseeing!

Very comfortable beds.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was clean.

The only problem I had was for $115 a night the sheets and comforter should not be ripped and in disrepair.

We stayed at your hotel July 11-15. The morning desk clerk, I do not remember her name, was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Answered all our questions in a timely and efficient manner. An asset to your hotel.

During our stay (July 11-15), the afternoon/evening desk clerk, Paul, was the opposite of the morning clerk. He didn't leave a good impression on us. I would recommend he be given a good amount of customer service training.

we were on the first floor and normally that means it’s going to be super loud with the people above you, but we didn’t hear anything! quiet night, breakfast in the morning and a nice clean room!
