Rooms nice, pool and breakfast a bit flat

Close to NAU, shopping, food. Very nice automatic front door, room, bathroom and beds very nice.

Staff has a hard time keeping breakfast items stocked. Pool and hot tubs quite small and full of people.

We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional customer service from time of check in, during the stay and with check out. Great breakfast options offered every day. Easy to use laundry facilities. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and an overall nice place to stay with a good price.

Perfect except the beds

Everything was almost perfect!!!

The beds were awful!! Concaved mattresses and they were so hard.

Great location, great value, good breakfast

the location as very close to the historic downtown with the stores and restaurants. Very pretty location. The lobby with all the tables and chairs. The price is very reasonable.

Breakfast time is short, 6:30 to 9:30. Pool very small and in the middle of parking lot. Small bathroom. Dated furniture.

Overall happy with the ambiance of the hotel and the staff was super friendly. I love that they put out fresh, still warm, peanut butter cookies Saturday evening. They were amazing!

Cabin Style Hotel with Great Water Pressure!

We loved the individuality of the hotel. The decor matched the scenery of the city so well. It was like staying in a cabin. Our room was so clean. Also, personally I love a hotel with great water pressure in the shower, and this one checked that box!

Quaint, lodge-like feel at this cozy hotel!

The cozy lodge-like feel was very welcoming! The staff was very helpful and friendly. It did not feel like a chain hotel at all - much more like a local, quaint four-star hotel.

The coffee could be better.

noisy. Found hair in the container of gravy at breakfast. The lamp in our room between the beds had short in it or the wall plug causing it to only work intermittently

Overall stay was actually very nice.

Sitting area around fireplace was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good and very convenient

Very impressed!!! Very well cared for facility. Staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times! Definitely will visit again next time I'm in Flaggstaff. Awesome job to the management team!!!!!

Not the peaceful place it once was; thin walls and loud children

I have stayed here a number of times, and the location is great. The unlimited coffee and other drinks are great, and the breakfast is a cut above many other places.

Whether all of these things should be attributed to the hotel or not, some may debate. However, the walls are paper thin, and I literally woke up someone when an adjoining room turned on the shower, it was that loud. To quote the song, there was a "two-ton child running wild upstairs," and as they ran back and forth, it sounded as if, any minute they would come through the ceiling; this took place during the waking hours of both days I was there. One of the big reasons I like to stay at this hotel is the beautiful fireplace and large lobby area, but every time I went there to sit and drink coffee or read, there were either children loudly playing (and their parents didn't stop them, in fact, thought they were cute), adults having some conference meeting and talking around the big table, or adults who felt it was ok to be so close to the fireplace that no one else could enjoy it, much less see it. This has been true both this time and the last I stayed here, and since these thing can no longer can be enjoyed, I will definitely be staying somewhere else when I come to Flagstaff. I really tried to give it another chance.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location; would stay again.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Cozy, lodge like feel ambiance. Great daily hot breakfast and coffee/tea always available :).

Bed was medium firm; a little too hard for me to sleep comfortably. Added a couple of extra blankets to add some cushion and that helped.
