Die Lage des Hotels mit der Aussicht und das Zimmer mit Terrasse waren toll. Die Restaurant Mitarbeiter waren recht hilfsbereit, wenn auch die Kommunikation in Englisch nicht einfach war. Meine Spanischkenntnisse waren nicht gut genug.
Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, gerade bei der Rückerstattung des Zimmerpreises bei der vorzeitigen Abreise.
Leider war der Pool nicht in Betrieb. Am 2. Tag gab es beim Frühstück keine Marmelade mehr, die auch am 3. Tag nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurde. Weiteres Frühstückszubehör (Joghurt, Muffins) wurden am 3. Tag erst nach Nachfrage und dann verzögert aufgetragen. Wie oben schon beschrieben waren die Mitarbeiterinnen sehr hilfsbereit aber hatten die Teile nicht verfügbar.
Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und wenn es komplett renoviert ist, wird es wieder eine gute Wahl sein.

The room was spacious
The building is very tired and delapidated- entrance to our block the main door would not close , the ice machine was broken we had mould in the bath room , the room Capet was dirty , our room 175 had an a joint door which had gaps letting light in and it was not sound proof we could hear next door talking and worse having sex ….very loudly….I would suggest that the manager should get a third party undertaken and generate a plan to get the property back to a Quality Establishment oh yes the sink was blocked .
The breakfast was not good less so for a diabetic ….only carbs

The shampoo and products have been used, there was hair is bathtub right when we walked in, it was very hot in there and sliding door was unlocked when we got to our room

The hallway was a health hazard/ prison like! Rusty Ladder attached to wall going into a hole in the roof which was just open. Boyfriend got an electric shock from the elevator. Staff greeted us at reception with mouths full of food and giggling as we were told to wait before they could talk. After this they gave us a room card and we walked all the way around to find our key card didn’t work so we had to go back for another one. Ice machine on ground floor did not work. Room was dark

Had stains on my bed sheets, on the towels and blood drops on the wall. Ants on the cabinets and bad smell.

The bed was done well
Tub and sink has no stopper. Toilet needs to be flushed 2 to 4 times before everything will be flushed. Toilet seat is even stained. Shower curtain is ripped. Carpets is stained. There was no elevator and the stairs area smells.

Schöner Blick vom Balkon (Zimmer 105)auf den Golfplatz und Glen Canyon Dam.
Größerer Pool mit Liegen.
Frühstück ganz okay, wie man es von Holiday Inn kennt,es gibt schlechtere.
Beim ersten Zimmer blätterte die Farbe von der Wand im Badezimmer.( Wasserschaden)
Dunkles Zimmer im EG. Müll vor der Terrasse (leere Dosen und Flaschen).Eine Renovierung wäre dringend erforderlich und eine freundliche Farbgebung (momentan dunkler Teppich und braune Wände).Der Abfluss hatte auch keine richtige Lust, seinen Job zu machen.
Nach Reklamation bei der Rezeption bekamen wir ein Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht. Aber gleiches abgewohntes Mobiliar u. dunkle Farben.

入住地下室邊間，內側暗鎖已經被破壞過了無法上鎖，廁所是三角形規格地板還會嚴重積水，水槽水流很慢也會積水，門對停車場整片玻璃吵雜且感受不安全，基本上就是沒住過這麼奇怪的地方。

I have 2 stars because of the back view.
I will never stay here again. Our water was cold so after a long days hike my family & I had to take cold showers. Literally cold showers. Our beds were broken: my moms bed was twisted and dipped so one side was higher and the other side was lower and my bed dipped bad in the middle so when we slept we were trapped in the middle. We couldn’t move to the outside. The rooms were so hot and stuffy! We had the room a.c set and even set down to 60’ at one point but it didn’t help. I ended up with a bloody nose. It was all-in-all 2 horrible nights of trying to sleep!

The only positive about this hotel was the view IF you got a room on the side facing the canyon.
Room cards kept deactivating, carpet was stained, the refused to give you pillows. No hot water, the AC would not cool the room at all! The door had huge gaps on the bottom and top of the door due to it being on incorrectly letting all the air out. The security latch was stuck and wasn’t usable, they didn’t have any privacy signs to hang on the door. The staff at counter/check in was incredibly rude and not helpful.

a) The hot water supply was very very poor. There was no hor water after dinner and only warm water by midnight. In fact, the "hot water" supplied was only warm enough for bathing, you have no need to open the cold water. Staff replied due to full booking. This means the hotel does not equipped with a sufficient hot water supply system. This is unacceptable.
b) The breakfast provided very limited variety of food. Have you ever seen customers need to bring their own food for their breakfast.....

Bed was super comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Close to town, it's a good location.
The drainage was no good and often had water build up. Was not isolated to one spot too, happened in the bathtub, the bathroom sink and the toilet as well. Pretty gross.

Very old hotel. Needs a big make-over. No personnel around. No personnel for early check in (our room was ready). We were simply told that we should come back in two hours.Not even the willingness to get the “paperwork” already out of the way. When we came back there was a line of 20 m with people waiting to check in but only two ladies who didn’t hurry up and were speaking spanish among each other (clearly about a guest who was complaining). We were told there was no service because of a shortage of staff. We stayed two nights and our room/beds were not made. Breakfast closed early (09:00 am) and the breakfast buffet closed 10 min before that (sorry sir, no serve). We definitively will never come back. Pitty because the location is great.
