Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Quick check in. Rooms close together & close to entrance/exit door.

Cockroaches in bathroom. Doors, & walls were grimy. Beds & pillows hard. Smelled moldy. Charged a large amount for one pet compared to other hotels. Listed as a Clarion but internet said it was a Quality Hotel. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked there as the other Quality Hotels on the same trip were gross. When spoke to staff about cockroaches, they shrugged & didn't say anything.

Terrible experience and I won’t be using Booking or Clarion again!

We made our reservation thru Booking. Received the confirmation and number. Went to hotel. They had nothing in their system about a reservation. Spent close to an hour for them to try and get this worked out. They couldn’t. The did say that I could get a room with no discounts. I said NO!! Even with it was not showing in their system, I did not want to put a charge my card. Concerned about being charged twice for the same room. We left and found another accommodation. I sincerely hope that this will not appear on my credit card, as I will decline payment through the card company.

Not much

The name of the hotel was not the same as it was when we booked. The guy at the front desk seemed stressed and confused. When we checked in he had us sign a paper saying we would be responsible for any stains or breakage. Of course I signed because we would never cause any damage. But when we entered the room it looked like a crime scene. The carpet was horribly stained. Outlet covers were broken or missing. The only towel hook was partially torn from the wall. The next morning we went to breakfast and there was some cereal- but no milk. There was a waffle maker- but no waffle mix. The woman at the desk said she didn’t know how to make it. The juice container was empty. It was ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Over priced for the poor quality

Conveniently located.

Getting clean towels and linens was a chore. The pillows were terrible lumps. The pool and hot tub were locked up in the early evening. The “so called” breakfast was pathetic.

Couch was old needs replacing. The light covers in the pool area were horrible!! Filthy Breakfast was lacking and coffee was horrible.

Loved the pool & workout room! Great recommendation from front desk for place to eat dinner!

Breakfast was good but it was served outdoors by the pool since the main lobby area was under construction!

Superb

Night clerk was great. Indoor pool looked clean and inviting. Room had view of indoor pool area, liked that. Overall vibe, clean, comfy, welcoming employees, wide hallways and expansive lobby.

Breakfast was okay. We are partial to healthy oatmeal but none was available.

Overall, very good value for an overnight stay with breakfast included.

Room size, bed, friendly front desk (James) with lots of good recommendations for food

The barking , happy dog at 0630 in the corridor was a definite turn off! Not the hotels fault, but…..it did nothing to enhance the stay for us or others that night……a thing to consider about pet owners.
