Construction zone

Hotel was a construction zone. It was not ready for guests. Construction debris and dirt everywhere. Doors barely operated. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but they were not ready for guests. Not even close. We would like a partial refund.

Absolutely wonderful

Loved location and the king suite size, hotel renovations are coming along nicely. Only reason for a 9 as its not done.

I would highly recommend those who stayed that are able to come back, to offer a generous discount when pool is up and running. It was the reason why we booked the hotel, to pass some time. Great stay loved it. Just would like to experience it when it is fully done.

Overall, the room was clean, staff was pleasant, price was decent, but the odor was disgusting and the pool seemed scary

The bathroom in the room was spotless and nice.

The pool room was dark and unwelcoming. Also, the room I was in smelled so bad of cigarettes it woke me up throughout the night and made me cough. All of my clothes smelled like it as well and I don’t smoke at all.

location and the interiors of the rooms were done very well. the hotel is under construction which was not advertised and did not even look open once i arrived because there is no front door.

How nice the staff was.

It was dirty, from entering the hallway, to getting to our first room. Found a wrapper underneath the blankets, and the AC smelt bad. Would not recommend this place.

Under construction, stay away. Actually called Scottsdale Hotel. No stars

There was no breakfast. The hotel is under remodeling. The elevator was behind a closet door. Construction noise started at 8am.

The room looks like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. Three dollars for a 16 Oz. bottle of water. Construction noise (hammering and saws) started at 8am.

Great Scottsdale location and a great room, a great place to stay!!

The staff were very helpful. The room was a great layout and comfortable. The location near old Scottsdale was great.

The hallways and elevators were dirty due to renovations. We asked for more towels and never got them.

I would only stay here again if I knew the renovations were complete.

Stayed 10/26/23. Wonderful location. Walked to downtown Scottsdale within minutes. Bed was very comfortable.

As the most recent reviews say, YES this place is under renovation and there was ZERO warning about it until you get there. The lobby is covered in drywall dust. Highly suggest people with allergies to stay away from this hotel for now. We stayed on the third floor, which there was no renovation. But the only way to get there was go thru the mess the had on the first floor. I work in the construction industry and I believe they could have done a lot more to protect their customers (floor was slippery from dust, they could have at LEAST provided masks for allergy-prone people that were not aware, daily clean up, etc).

We needed a room to sleep to catch an early flight and it served the purpose.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was under construction so there was some small obstacles. we could smell paint fumes in our room, but comfortable to sleep.

the price

no hot breakfast, can’t extend your checkout time , I was under the assumption it was still comfort inn !! wasnt please don’t come . the pool wasn’t kept up and the hot tub was a warm tub . had no issue taking an extra $150 . and construction due to remodel is horrendous. wouldn’t recommend.

it’s great if you want a cheap place to stay in old town but don’t expect much

they had free sodas (only diet pepsi and coke, though)

my room had blood stains, the exterior card readers didn’t work, my toilet paper roll had an ash stain on it, fridge wasn’t properly managed, no breakfast available, stains on the carpet, front driveway under construction

Overall the stay for what I needed was comfortable and very private and quiet the bed was great.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a very large size however I wasn't thrilled with the bathroom I usually prefer a bathtub and the water pressure was really low. The hotel breakfast was basically nonexistent and there was no complementary water or vending machines. The staff was very kind and professional.

The shower water pressure. Also there was a small juice machine for breakfast that had water but once breakfast was over which basically consisted of muffins and oatmeal you weren't able to use the water for the rest of the day or during the evening which I thought was completely ridiculous considering the Hotel didn't have a store or vending machines.

Great location, not worth the Canadian Exchange rate.

Location to Scottsdale Old Town was only a few blocks away which we walked to, great location. The whole purpose of our stay was to walk to Old Town. It looked a lot further away on the map but was pleasantly surprised it was much closer. The breakfast was good, hot breakfast-had waffle machine for either Red Velvet or regular flavor, both were great. Beds were clean. Our room was quiet, it was facing the rear of the building.

It is an older hotel, carpets in the stairway, hallways and the room were old and dusty/dirty. I wouldn't lay on the floor that's for sure. I usually do stretches on the floors, but not here. Bathroom fan is VERY, VERY loud, need to update to a quieter one. Tried to listen to music on my phone while having a shower but the fan drowned out the music. It's just OBNOXIOUSLY loud. You can tell they tried to update the rooms, but they weren't done professionally by the looks of it.

got the room easily enough. elliptical machine was good. pool was nice. easy to walk to old town. felt safe.

was trying to book on line: by the time I finished, room rate went up from $116 to $149. So I called the hotel and was quoted $160. When I drove to check in the man at the front desk told me the only room available was $190. When I told him that he had quoted $160 on the phone, he "snarkily" stated "the rooms go fast". And to add insult I had a confirmation from booking.com for the $160. I am very annoyed with this and believe that I paid moer than i was supposed to have paid. The woman at the desk with whom I spoke the next morning told me there was nothing she could do about it. The pool should be open earlier for those who have to check out in the morning. Harold. H. 1 night stay, procenwad to high for the condition of the room.

the front desk (Night Shift) was friendly and helpful when new bedding was needed.

the building was older and needs work, parking was tight, the room was not clean well, sheets were dirty ( night front desk was very helpful) didn’t have clean duvet available but gave us a what they had available. room appeared not to have been vacuumed, they peep hole in the door was covered by tissue ( unsure what that was for).
