I really enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was really great. The room was very clean.

The only thing I would suggest is that the maids use magic erasers from Temu to get the scuff marks off the doors, and I would suggest that the walls are painted after repairs are done. I think at this property, the staff, has really tried to do their best to make it comfortable, clean and pleasant, both in what they do to maintain it and how they communicate to clients.

Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you.

I was able to rest comfortably on soft pillows and sheets.Breakfast was good. The staff were nice and friendly. They area was quite and right off the freeway.

I didn't like that my room smelled like weed some due to other customers smoking in the hall or their room. When the app says the facility is a non smoking place.

Dissatisfied handicapped customer

Beds and pillows were very comfortable breakfast was good and staff in the breakfast room very nice and helpful

I asked for a room that was good for handicap accessible I was given a room way down the hallway with no other way of getting in and out to the room but back the same way I came that was one problem. Also had someone talking on and on in the middle of the night and I couldn't get any sleep till probably about 3:30 in the morning

First time at quality inn

Breakfast was really good , they had a good option of things to choose from..slept good...

the a.c. was really loud and had a bad smell at first. It was kinda hard to stay asleep with the people upstairs running up and down, and in the morning, there was a real loud person talking outside. i couldn't go back to sleep.

Cheap and clean….ok for one night.

Good price, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. All very clean.

Didn’t seem that safe. People running about shouting in corridors. Looked like one of the rooms had been forced before.

Easy to access rooms

Pool was under construction, no previous notice. We found 4 dead small centipedes upon arrival and inspection of beds. We also found one alive under the top sheet.

Worst experience ever. Went elsewhere to stay.

Couldn't get a refund. Your sight showed pool and spa. Neither was provided out of service. No water at arrival time. Would not give refund on reservations.

What I was shown before booking was not accomodated. No pool and all water was turned off. Could not get a refund.

Family of three, visiting UC Merced

We arrived late at night, the parking lot was well lit, clean, we felt safe walking in the parking lot at night. We checked in, the staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. Room space was plenty for us (three adults) beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. It had a small fridge and microwave. There is a 24 hour AM/PM across the street, we got bottled water and other items, the area around the hotel and the mini market was clean, and well lit. Breakfast was good, they had eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, milk, muffins, waffles, and a good juice selection. Overall, we had a good experience, and we will stay here again.

Freeway and train tracks are in front of the hotel, a few loud trains and many noisy semi trucks were going by throughout the night, I am a light sleeper, so I kept waking up during the night. Our room was facing the freeway and train tracks, ask for a room facing the opposite direction, maybe the noise levels will be lower.

I was very pleased with the front desk Jaime it was a pleasure of his service.

The front desk Jaime is a wonderful gentleman.

I believe they can update their rooms, tv and bathroom. I wasn’t too happy that we couldn’t get more towels!! we had to take the use towels to the lobby to exchange.

they didn’t clean everyday then only cleaned every 4 to 5 days and you had to ask to have your room cleaned and they got upset if you asked for them to clean the room

it was okay. just seems different than before as far as quality .

it was good.

other guest arguing outside our door in hallway was disruptive. but front desk clerk handled it although he was alone.

it was nice but I believe they need to be fast as they require the deposit they need to send it back too!!!

only one entrance wich is cool, quiet place and organized.

they charge you 150 dollars as deposit on your card but at the moments i haven’t got it back. called multiple times but they don’t answer the phone.

Expectations

Overall good customer service, location was descent. Not too shecky.

First room we were given: TV not working, had no frig. Second room we were accommodated had a working TV, frig, heater/cooling thermometer. However, we found some bed bugs crawling. You get what you pay for I guess.

Good location but services should improve.

Convenient location leaving Yosemite late afternoon.

The shower cooled down too quickly, not enough hot water. The breakfast is pretty poor. The Inn advertises for pool and hot tub but both were out of order for the season.

They charge my charge my card 150.00 for every day I stay there I stay three total of 450.00 just like booking charge my card for 5 days I only stay three.day
